Good Highlighter

The highlighter has a shimmer, but I would say that it is more glowy on the skin. It isn't so opaque so it can be blended out for a more natural highlight if you like. I like it, but my issue with this was that when I opened up the highlighter it fell right out of the pan and onto my floor. I was able to pick it up because it stayed intact. It has a putty texture, not exactly powdery. I put it back and it stays for the most part. Not a bad product, but I didn't expect it to fall out like that.

PIGMENT. DOES. NOT. PLAY!!!!!!

i've had my ice me out highlight for 1 1/2 years now and i haven't even hit pan, because all you need is a very little amount. Honestly my favorite highlighter by far. such smooth application and doesn't look powdery. i love how pigmented it is, and i always get so many compliments and questions on it so that's a plus!

Natural and dainty glow!

I bought this illuminating powder today in SuperPharm Israel in Tel Aviv and I'm sincerely delighted! I'm used to high-end cosmetics and appreciate quality, and it's important for me to look not only good, but also natural. I watch Nina Ubhi's vlog, where she was unboxing Kylie's PR collection and was interested in the products. This illuminating powder is just what I needed!! It makes my skin glow, but without cheap sparkling, the look is beautiful and it doesn't dry my skin! Excellent product!!

Meh

It's getting difficult to find a cool tone highlighter which was what brought me to this brand. I find the product doesn't deposit easily even after I switched to a brush with more bristles. I used this highlighter this morning. It is now lunchtime. I just looked in the mirror and don't see anything there.

Great highlighter for pale skin

I got "Cheers Darling" and I'm quite pale white...I absolutely love it. It's a nice shimmer and without being chunky glitters or overwhelmingly dark. I tried Fenty highlighter before this and that was far too glittery. I wish the Kylie ones had more 'glow' to them but overall it's a great highlighter.

Not a fan

Got it on sale. Not worth it even on sale. No shade, just not my type of highlighter. I prefer beautiful creamy highlighters that illuminate, this one was very subtle, didn't do much, but I can see someone liking this if they do natural face make up often. Love that it's not grainy with big specs of glitter like other highlighters though. Overall, this should be $5.00, respectfully.

Pretty

I've used so many different highlighters ever since it was a big trend in 2016. I've tried all the popular brands used all different types of brushes to apply and this highlight is definitely one of my favorite powders! It leaves such a nice glow and its not overpowering or overly powdery! It also blends out amazingly! I very much recommend this to anyone looking for a highlight that isnt 2016 extra.

Perfect Glow

I finally decided to jump on the bandwagon and try out this illuminating highlighter after swatching. I must admit that this highlighter is the "perfect glow" and lasts all day. It really gives your face that "pop" and you only need to apply a little. If you Love highlighters and giving yourself that "glow" this is a perfect highlighter. I Love It!!!

My very favorite powder

My very favorite powder highlighter. Usually I prefer cream because of my dry skin but this one does not emphasize it! It gives such a natural sheer glow like no other. It is extremely buildable. It can be sheer and natural or blinding. The color "ice me out" goes great with my skin tone, which is often hard to find because of how pale and cool toned I am. I am so glad I randomly purchased this. It doesn't seem revolution in store but it is truly the best I have tried.

This highlighter looks cute, looks sparkly and glowy on the skin. I use it on my cheekbones and sometimes I just use it on my eyelids for an everyday sparkly look. It is a bit chalky and not that creamy which I would've liked so I probably won't purchase again and most likely try out a liquid highlighter instead.
