Meh
I was super excited to try Apparay, and while it's a decent smell, it's nothing compared to 11 11. It can be unisex, but definitely leans more masculine. I sprayed it and it gave me an instant headache because it was so strong. I'll be sticking to my love 11 11!
Not for me, but great for DH
Very nice fresh citrus, but leans masculine on me. Offered up to my husband, he adored it. Winner winner chicken dinner!
A wonderful violet moment for everyday wear
Yet another stunning scent from Lake and Skye. I'm very fond of this one, it's light but intense. The violet is a star scent which settles over the amber base note nicely. I don't personally get the lemon or fig top notes but it's a very subtle floral. Not particularly sweet I would say but not harsh to the nose either and the sandalwood is much more mellow here than in others I have. I think the oakmoss is rather dominant too but I have no reference for that smell on it's own or in other fragrances.
Makes my "Top 3" list of Lake & Skye favorite scents
Having tried a lot of the Lake & Skye scents, I can say that Apaaray now ranks in my top 3. If it helps to know, my favorite L&S perfumes to date have been 11 11 and Midnight 07. Apaaray is more like 11 11 than Midnight 07... it smells clean, spa-like, and green. Can't give it 5 stars though, because like all L&S perfumes, I find their staying power on the skin isn't as long as it should be considering price. I find I have to reapply more than once throughout the day... and no, I'm not a person who drowns themselves in any perfume or needs to have people smell me walk into a room before I get there :)
Not my favorite
It smells good at first but after several seconds it has a very heavy "different " smell. Not my favorite at all.
Apaaray and 11:11 🤍 a Match Made in Heaven
11:11 body oil, 11:11 perfume oil on pulse points, 2 spritz's of 11:11 fragrance, and 1 spritz of Apaaray 🌈 😇 🤍
Beautiful soft fragrance!
I really like this scent, even though it's so different from what I usually like, which are scents like 11 11. Apaaray has a bright, citrus opening, that smoothes down with the fig and musk scents. It's a bit perfumey, but very comforting. It reminds me of how my mom smelled when I was a kid. Probably because she wore that traditional Jergen's almond-cherry lotion and musk perfumes. That's not to say this can't be considered sexy, but to me, it's just such a beautiful, bright, creamy fig, musky-type fragrance. It's not very sweet, but there's a hint of it with the fig. I'm really enjoying my sample, and may end up with the purse spray. I would love to smell a roller ball version! Also, I gave it 4 stars because I'm on the fence about it. 11 11 is still my absolute favorite, so it's hard to beat it!
