How To Use

Sparkly Hair, Handle with Care:

To reduce static and tangling, open and slide tinsel out by the clips at the top
When not in use, reclip tinsel to paper card and slide back into the sleeve clip side first
Do not use with hairdryer or any hot tools
Excessive tugging may pull the tinsel out of the comb
Store at room temperature
