Just Okay
Reviews raved that this conditioner would leave my hair bouncy, soft and shiny. I found the conditioner to be just okay, and not worth the high price. I felt it didn't necessarily detangle my hair, I have thin hair so there isn't a ton of it. After drying, my ends felt like they'd get matted. I didn't feel like it made my hair shiny. The pros are it smells good and I does condition, just not for what I'd expect for the price. Ended up returning
Made my hair greasy and gross
I usually wash my hair every other day/shower and I have a lot of very fine hair. Washing with this and the accompanying shampoo made it look like I hadn't showered in a week. I tried 5x, varied rinse times and water temps, and it was still bad.
No flakes
I went from pureology to living proof and I'm so glad I did. Pureology was causing crazy amounts of build up on my scalp. This conditioner doesn't cause any build up. Admittedly, I do still use the nioxon scalp build up treatment about once a month.
Will buy again
Easily my favorite conditioner I've ever used. It's affordable enough that it doesn't feel inaccessible, which is stellar. It's hydrating and lightweight, so it doesn't leave my hair feeling oily or gross. Really helps manage my frizz and knots.

I have been on the hunt for conditioner that leaves my hair hydrated without feeling weighed down at all-this is definitely a good choice that fulfills both of those needs. Plus the sustainable packaging is a great element to this product

This stuff is amazing! My hair can be on the frizzy, dry side especially in the humidity. After using this my hair felt and looked amazing! Even held up in the hot humid weather without looking horrible by the end of the day. I will be buying again for sure!
It was okay
I used this shampoo and conditioner together. I have extremely thin, fine hair and was looking for something that would provide volume, and not weigh it down. These definitely didn't weigh my hair down, but they didn't add any softness, so my hair would tangle really easily and then l ended up losing more hair than normal having to brush it out a few times a day (with thin hair if I leave it tangled, it looks ratty). I ultimately returned them and am still looking for something that works for me. That being said, they do smell great and feel like good quality, they just didn't work for my specific hair type.
Mehh.. it was okay but nothing amazing
I have been looking to control frizz and give my hair some shine. I thought updating to a better conditioner would help with that and this product had amazing reviews, so I went ahead and purchased despite the price. In my honest opinion, it really isn't worth the money. The container was SO small, I have thick medium-long hair and I probably got 5 uses out of it (I ordered the smaller size). I really didn't notice any difference in my hair from this product. Maybe you have to use it over time to really see results?? Either way, I can't justify spending so much repeatedly when I haven't noticed too much difference. If you're going to splurge, splurge on OLAPLEX products because those give you IMMEDIATE improvements!
Will buy again
This conditioner is amazing! I've been testing it out for a little less than a week and my hair is getting a lot better, smoother, has more volume. I'll definitely will keep this product in my everyday day routine and will be buying soon.
disappointed
I have fine and straight hair and deal with an oily scalp. I bought both the full shampoo and conditioner with really high hopes to combat all of those issues and I find my hair is stringy just below my ears only. I thought it might be an issue of not rinsing out all the way but after two trials it can't be that. My scalp looks fine but I can't get over the stringiness. I apply conditioner only to my ends and shampoo only my scalp. I'm not sure why this doesn't work for me ☹️
