Living Proof Travel Size Perfect Hair Day (PHD) 5-In-1 Styling Treatment

I've used this for a few years

I use it on damp hair before drying and using a beach waver. It protects my hair from the heat, keeps static electricity away and makes my hair shiny. Only complaint is that the full size would be a better value, but the tiny opening gets clogged and the top doesn't screw off, so much is wasted. I did get the top off once with pliers, but only once!

The best

This is so amazing for my curls! I hate any product that gives my hair sticky or crunchy feel. This holds my curls without any sticky feel or crunch. All I need is a dime size amount and scrunch it in. This leaves my hair so soft and shiny giving my curls a light hold as well. I truly love this stuff it's magical.

Great product

I had been using Redken aerate 8 for era. Unfortunately p, that product has been discontinued.

I tried several products that did not give me the volume needed.

I found the Living Proof PHD and it's great!

Gives me the volume and texture I need and makes my hair looks great!

I'll be using this from now on.

Saw my hairdresser use this on me and I wanted to try it out and hope that I had the same luck with it cause seeing her use it on me and me using it gave me the same results!!! I love that it offers a lot for my hair…don't like the price tag but hey I don't have to use a lot so it's all good!!!

Best hair day I ever had

This stuff is amazing. Whenever I blow dry my hair, it looks like a frizzy mess. With this, my hair looks sleek, shiny and bouncy no matter how I dry my hair. I also love that it isn't greasy or crunchy. I got this as a sample originally and had to buy the big one. The only downside is that it kind of smells like a car wash, but a nice one.

This is a great product!

I find this most helpful when I blow-dry my hair. The product makes my hair easy to brush through with the dryer going and a round brush. It is easy to work into damp hair and does not have a strong scent. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was surprised by the size when it arrived - it looked like a sample size! 4 oz. is not much for the price.

Great product and worth the price

I have been using this product for several years and it has become one of my dessert island products. I simply can't go without it! I know it's a little pricey, but trust me, it's worth it. I put it on before I blow dry my hair and it calms down my waves and compliments my short hair. Give it a try. I think you'll love the quality and results of this product.

Wow

I have always used cheaper drugstore products because - well, they're cheap. I decided to splurge and try this not expecting to see any difference in my normal purchases. Wow, I was wrong. No frizz, manageable, silky soft shine. I have used it 3 times since purchasing and compliments every time. Truly a noticeable difference.

Good substitute for TBD Styler

I finally ran out of my Livingproof StyleLab TBD Multitasking Styler and found they had discontinued it; I picked up the PHD 5-in-1 and found that they were similar. The product gives a medium hold, which works well with my short, fine hair, but definitely need to finish with a finishing spray once I settle on my style. Has a great smell (which keeps me coming back to LP) and doesn't leave a lot of build-up.

Not sure about this

I've been using this everyday for a few weeks now on my fine, oily hair. It's lightweight and smells good. I stopped using a separate heat protector when i started using this since it's supposed to have a heat protectant in it. My hair has been flatter than usual and a bit frizzer. It also seems dryer but that could be the weather. I used a separate heat protector again today for the first time in a few weeks and my hair is drastically softer and smoother. I'm not really sure this product is doing much for me.
