Love it!
I am in love with this polish!! This is the first nail polish that I have ever used (and I have tried all the top brands) that applies flawlessly (as if it self levels). No streaks or uneven spots that I usually get when applying polish. Seriously, it's the easiest polish to apply. And it has stayed on for over a week now, which is unheard of for me. Every other polish I have ever tried, chips the very next day. But not Londontown! My nails are also stronger and have not broken or chipped since applying this polish. I am sold on this brand and have ordered all the colors!
In love with Nail Veils!
My nails are recovering from another polish brand/system that had them peeling for nearly 6 months. I was cautiously looking for another brand to try that is gentle and longer lasting. I came across Londontown Nail Veils and loved the sheerness of the colors and what the polish promised. I could not be more pleased. This product is amazing. I get a full week without chips vs. 3 or 4 days. The polish stays super shiny and the color is great. The best part is that my nails have stayed healthy! Finally - a gentle brand that does what polish should. I can't wait to try the lacquers, but am have hard time breaking away from the Nail Veils!
Love this product
Having worn acrylics and gels until recently, I am attempting to return to my natural nails. Currently they are extremely damaged; paper thin, lifting and peeling. I was beginning to lose hope and then discovered London Town Nail Veil. There was an immediate improvement in the nail appearance. I realize it will take a long time to fully repair my nails but this product has changed the appearance of my nails so that I'm no longer ashamed of the way they look. I like this product so much that I ordered the nail hardener/base coat and the top coat. I know London Town products will improve the nail health without causing further damage.
Exactly what I wanted
I just used this for the first time, it's literally still drying on my nails and I had to come leave a review to say it's exactly what I hoped it would be. I damaged the nail bed of my left thumb when a heavy oak door slammed shut on it in 1996 and it's been wonky and deeply ridged ever since. Nothing looks quite normal on it except gel or fakes and I hate actually having my nails done like that. This color is perfect, matches my nail tone but just slightly prettier, and smoothed everything out beautifully. I'm ecstatic!
Illuminating Concealer...
I'm posting this here bcuz I'm not tech savvy & what I did brought me here... I've been a manicurist for decades & I've found Londontown products purrfect quality & easy to use... I've used Pink Illuminating with Tinsel for a version of a French manicure '… as well & it is a stunning version, every time I wear that I get people grabbing my hand to look '€ at it&ask me what I used, of course I tell them Londontown polish,one of the benefits of using Pink Concealer it dries fast... I also do the '€ look with Quartz Concealer &Illuminating Concealer... Thank You Londontown for producing quality products to work with...Oh, grab a bottle of Instant Smudge Fix , it's truly a lifesaver, it does exactly what it says!!!
I now have healthy nails...
I wrote a critical review after the first week I tried Nail Veil #4 saying it chipped badly within the first day. I take it all back. I love Londontown's products and now have more than half a dozen of them. The original chipping was due to a bad maincure I had that tore up my nail bed and left my nails a mess for weeks. I ploded through and continued to use Nail Veil #4 with KUR base coat and top coat since I had already bought them and now my nails are as strong as I ever remember them, and look great for at least a week after product application. I particularly like Nail Veil #4 cause it is such a subtile color that on the rare occasion a nail does chip, I just apply another round of the top coat and the chip is hardly noticeable. I just reordered a bunch of their products as I have experienced how they really do get my nails healthy and growing.
Loves Nail Veils
I was waiting to do a review. Bought this when it first came out and wanted to see if it made the condition of my nails better. Immediately this polish does cover imperfections. But, I had 2 nails that were splitting one really bad. I've been using ONLY this polish and it did take about a half a year to almost heal the split in my thumb nail. My pinkie nail was not as bad so that only took about 3 months. I will never use another polish on my finger nails. Hope Londontown makes some new colors. I'm good with the pinks but I want one that is the exact color of the (white) Illuminating Nail Concealer.
Gorgeous color
This is my first time using a nail veil and I am very happy with this product. I've had two coats on my nails for 5 days and it's still shiny like I had applied a topcoat, and I've been swimming and gardening and cleaning (with gloves on) and it holds up! I even accidentally snapped a nail backward and the veil didn't flake off, although there is some wear on the ends of my nails, but I think that's normal, especially when I'm typing and texting a lot. I applied it to my toes too and 5 days later it still looks fresh. Looking forward to getting other colors.
Perfection
I purchased 3 different colors + top coat for my very first order. Nail Veil #4 is perfection, the perfect sheer and it looks as though I went to the salon! The color is forgiving in all the best ways and complements my light cool skin tones. Easy to apply for a perfect finish with quick two coats. After a week it hadn't budged but I removed it because I noticed quicker growth and I wanted to file them down, the condition of my bare nails was incredible. They looked hydrated, strong, and healthy. This color is exactly what you see on the website, the other 2 not so much. I wish I had ordered three bottles of this. This may be my go-to all summer long for the clean girl aesthetic!
Long Lasting
I'm totally impressed. Years ago I had acrylic nails and later switched to gels. Both were very damaging to my nails, so I abandoned both. I found that regular manicures simply did not last, so I've gone without polish for several years and have kept my nails short. When I saw posts on Facebook I decided to try Perfecting Nail Veil and it wears like iron! I've only had it for about two weeks, so I can't yet comment on whether or not my nail health improves, but so far so good. If you're looking for a polish that doesn't chip, I highly recommend Nail Veil and will be trying other Londontown products.
