HG Summer Travel Palette
I love this palette for summer, it makes my blue-green eyes pop, and applies & blends like a dream. Reminds me of ND nude, but I prefer this one by far because the shimmers look so much better on the lid. I took it with me everywhere I went last summer, I was doing a post-holiday cleanup and came across this again… I fell in love with it all over again. I cannot recommend enough!
Checks all my boxes!
My ideal palette has the following: a cream base shade for all over the brow bone to set primers (leave the lid blank), a matte transition shade, a matte crease shade, a matte outer corner shade, a shimmer inner corner shade, and some lid shades. This little palette hits nearly all of these and by just building up the darkest shade in the outer corner a little more it really fills that need without an extra shadow. I was so, so pleasantly surprised with how much I love this thing. If you haven't tried lorac shadows I recommend starting with this! The quality is outstanding for the price!
Gorgeous
The colors are true to the pictures. There is some kick up with the matte shadows but fallout for me was undetectable. They blend really well, the shimmers are buttery and opaque. I have never tried a Lorac eyeshadow palette before this and I'm very impressed. The shimmers are almost foiled when put over a tacky base.
Not For Me
I returned the palette. The photos were more saturated than the palette. I found the dark brown was not deep enough for my outer V.
Worth the money
I do really love Lorac, I think they make the nicest neutral crease colors. I really use this often but I do mix the shimmers with others I have because I don't like them on their own on me, personally.
By the way, if you have lighter skin, you will not like this gold in this. It's YELLOW
Has become my go to
Great little palette. Much smaller than expected but amazing pigmentation, quality and durability of shadows totally worth it.
Beautifully pigmented
Love the warm colors from this pallete. Like all lorac products, the pigments are high and so the color looks gorgeous on. If you're looking for a very small palette to put in your bag this is perfect!
Colors great size great for travel
I really liked the colors preferred over the sparkling palette Lorac is one of the brands for shadows I would recommend
I will buy this again and again
I love these glittery holiday colors. I use Lorac eye primer with their eyeshadow and it looks perfect all evening. I have very oily skin and this is the only eyeshadow that has ever fully stayed on my eyelids for over 8 hours. I love it. I am amazed. I will buy Lorac from now on.
Beautiful
I got this on sale and it was a great purchase. It's perfect to add a little extra glamour to the day without overdoing it. Or, for an evening look. The packaging it's housed in could have been a little nicer, but it doesn't bother me. Especially if it means the overall product will cost less...
