I have KP and a bunch of other rough, dry skin issues. I am constantly on the look out for body scrub products that will give me the right intensity of exfoliation. I've tried loofahs, sponges, bath brushes, you name it. The vast majority of exfoliators are far too gentle (my rough skin laughs at what most manufacturers consider exfoliating). However, anything else that's not "too gentle" is for grinding down calluses, and while I want exfoliation, I'm not trying to strip my skin completely off. This product is the best (and only) product I've used that hits the sweet spot of being capable of good exfoliation in my roughest "problem" areas, while also working everywhere else--light pressure on sensitive skin, a little more on rough areas. Pllleeeeeaaaase make this a permanent item!!!! I can't live without it. It's better than any foam, gel, or oil on the market. I used to shave with Lalicious 'The Oil,' @$35 and this is far superior even to that. This is more moisturizing then the gel by Completely Bare by a long country mile. Truly the best shave experience. I have thick hair and dry flaky skin that is prone to itching and sensitivity. I use this gel with a Schlick hydra razor and a few drops of coconut oil after a shower and my legs are silky for days. Literally days. No razor burn, no irritation, no frustration. I prefer smells that are clean, not cloying, and don't smell like foods. This is a very soft, subtle smell that I don't notice after my shower.

I use an electric shaver that historically are not the best for a close shave. However, since I have curly hair, a straight razor results in razor bumps. I've had a regimen of shaving first with the electric, and then following with a dull straight razor. I know, I know...a lot of effort to get a close shave. Jack Black's shave cream make this unnecessary. As advertised, it lifts the hair and leaves my face with a clean shave the first time through with the electric. Besides that, the lather feels luxurious from the moment you scoop it out of the container to the moment you smooth it on your face. 100% recommended.

I look forward to shaving and seriously love this shave bar so much! I have used many different gels and creams for shaving, but this bar exceded my expectations. Truthfully I bought it on a wim out of shear curiosity, and also trying to incorporate more low waste solutions. Since using this bar my shaves have never felt better. It lathers so well to the skin and stays on well even when you get splashed with water. I shave all over my body, arms, legs ect. my shave is so much smoother and has now become a much quicker process for me. I am a sucker for sales, so when I saw this for half off... I went ahead & bought it, despite it being a "men's" shave product. I get razor bumps pretty often, espec when I shave more frequently (like now in the summer)... let me just say that I'M BLOWN AWAY!!!! I swear to you that I am nearly bump-free after only just a couple weeks of use! I'm forever loyal to this product if these are the end results!! At the very least, it's worth trying!...and you can always return it if you don't like it! My only con is that it can easily clog up your razor to the point of being realllyyyt annoying if you use too much.
