As others mentions, this DIES quickly, for no reason

I was so impressed with the Mini Nu Face Toning Device, I splurged on this wand. The difference between how these two devices penetrate is why I bought the smaller line fix. Wonderful fast results if used with quality serums, like SkinCeuticals, I got to the point of using this wand once a week, and then packed it up to switch to other skin devices. It was stored in a closet with NO humidity, was never dropped, and stopped working. Completely dead for no apparent reason. I called Nu Face asking for repairs and they said no. Super annoying as I've seen refurbished (repaired) NuFace devices sold by online authorized retailers. I'll never buy NuFace products again. I guess all I can do is file a complain with the Better Business Bureau.

Buyer beware

I bought this unit in April. A first the unit worked perfectly, I even was able to charge it.

Recently the unit does not charge and will not turn on. I have contacted them twice and have received no reply. They have not replaced the unit obviously there is a problem with this item. I would not purchase this because they do not honor the warranty.

Quit working and company won't respond

Do not waste your money on this product. I splurged and bought this "expensive for me" device. After using its first charge it now fails to charge any longer.

I've emailed to the address given on their website and my requests for a replacement have been absolutely ignored.

I'm a healthcare professional and bought this device hoping to look less tired than I do from all the long hours during the pandemic. It worked great, till it didn't. What a total rip off.

The fact that the company won't respond per their instructions for a replacement? Absolutely unprofessional.

Nope nope nope

Y'all. I purchased from another website when it first came on the market over six months ago. It really doesn't work at all. I LOVE my NuFace mini so much I thought this might help with my lip line and help ward off eyelid sag. I used it religiously along with my mini, and after three weeks all I wanted was the extra time and all of my money back. If anything I think this made the tiny muscles around my mouth a little stronger and my lines even deeper. Such a waste of money.

Wonderful devices made cheaply!

It's a great device . Love it. Giving it one star because it's not charging ! It's so expensive yet the quality of the materials used in the nuface devices it kinda cheap. Disappointed. But their devices work wonder. Satisfied with my trinity and the mini size for travel.

Product quality issues

My daughter gave this to me for Christmas and I was excited to use it. Unfortunately after one week, the plastic around the balls started cracking and then detached. Poorly designed—the plastic is too thin around the top. Was able to return the product but disappointed - really wanted to see the benefits.

Hopefully their other products are manufactured better.

The fine print

I'm pretty sure any of effects that are seen are due to the ingredients in the serum, which are heavy lifters. I returned this because I don't like how they don't mention that the treatments aren't cumulative. Maybe that's obvious to everyone else, or the name should have given me a clue, but this does nothing long term.

For example, I'm not going go on a date wrinkle free and end up wrinkled by the end of the night. I'm also not going to excuse myself and go microcurrent my face in the middle of dinner.

If it was cumulative, I definitely would have kept it.

Disappointed!!

I've had and used this device for almost two weeks now, still waiting to see any results although, i'm considering discontinuing it because all I'm getting is my skin turning red in the rubbed areas. I have the trinity and love it!, no red skin. I thought I would give this a try after reading all the rage about it. Too expensive for zero results :(

Help! My FIX fell apart!

I bought this device and loved it, so I treated it with care. After a few months though, I took the lid off and one of the balls just fell out! I saw that the other side was also cracked. I'm so disappointed because I really felt like this made a difference. It was less than seven months old!

I purchased this 6 mos ago; it stopped working by the 5th month!; such a disappointment! I don't post poor reviews, but because this was pricey, and was such a poor purchase, I want to warn others not to waste their money.

Had this for a little over 4 months and when I went to use it, it felt scratchy and hurt my lip. When I looked at it I could see it had these cracks in it. I took super great care of this device and it was always put away carefully so this is clearly a flaw in the design.

I have seen similar issues with the Nuface device as well with other customer reviews so this really needs to be fixed.

On my second one!

I bought the first one and the top cracked. I returned it. The second one worked for a few months now it won't charge. VERY disappointed. I have the trinity with all the attachments and a mini. No problem with them.
