Awesome device, but it not long lasting.

Fix does the job, but it has a short term life. I've had my fix for about 2 years and all of a sudden it stopped working, and of course 1 year after the replacement warranty expired. I have taken good care of my Fix, as you can see.

Not sold on it yet

I've used daily for 3 weeks and see no change at all on the areas I'm using it on. I also find the placement of the light not helpful at all - it should be closer to the top to help during application.

Works, Love it but died 15 months after purchasing

I must say, I loved my FIX it is easy to use, great for - on the go, small and light, convenient and most importantly it works! Purchased in July 2021 it stopped working in October 2022. Won't repurchase. Also have the Trinity also stopped working along with devices. Using the mini rn. Still love it my Nuface.

My Nuface Fix is cracked.

I enjoyed using Nuface Fix for 1,5 years, however, yesterday I noticed that my device is cracked! I used it and stored it very carefully, so I.m wondering why it happens as it's the 5th review on Internet I saw where people reported the same problem. It's disappointing for such a price.

Seems to work but not sure how long it lasts?

I definitely see a slight difference in some fine lines, and in additional plump to my lips, immediately after use- I'm just not sure how long that effect lasts? I think it honestly could just be minutes. I'll keep using and see if the effect builds up over time.

I am disappointed in this product. Maybe I am doing something wrong with it. There is no "blue" light and it does not seem to make any difference in my lips or forehead. The larger NuFace device works well but Inwas looking for additional refinement.

Not seeing any results so far .....

So far I am not impressed with this device. I am not seeing much difference after using it once a day for a couple of weeks. I will start using it twice a day and see if that will make a difference. Time will tell ....

Didn't Work for Me

I bought it to help with crows feet, lip and eyebrow wrinkles. As an experiment, I only used it on half of my face twice daily to see if there was any noticeable difference. There wasn't, and for that reason I sent it back.

I would not purchase this again

This device has to be charged at least 4 hrs before it can be used the instructions say, I charged 4 1/2 hrs before I used it. I was very unhappy once I used the device, I felt it was poor quality for the high price and very disappointing.

I purchased this in January used once, it wouldn't work again, another one arrived in June but such a small amount of serum I don't use often, purchased another when offered with double super amount of serum.

Not the device for my issues

After viewing a Zoom video, I purchased the Fix and used it for a month around my eye and upper lip areas. I noticed that my eye lid began to droop, relaxing the tissue. I spoke to a specialist who explained that the Fix does not penetrate deeply enough and recommend the trio model which penetrates through the dermis. I returned the Fix and received a refund a month later.

Second device not working

I bought the first device in November.

Was using it once every 2 weeks in accordance with instructions. One day the decide completely died and I was not able to recharge it. After I received replacement I noticed that it barely vibrates and I don't feel anything.

I did not like this...

I did not like this product. The feeling on my skin was tight and felt like being shocked. I continued to use it for several days and did not see any results, and would not continue to use this based on how uncomfortable it felt.

I did not get any noticeable results with the NuFace Line Smoothing Device. I really wanted to love this, but my undereye bags are just as noticeable, and my circles are just as dark. He sensation was not very painful though! *I received this product complimentary for testing purposes

I was a little disappointed by this. I followed all of the instructions but the gel dried way faster than the three minutes recommended. Without the gel, it feels like youre getting constant mini shocks. On top of that I didnt notice any major differences on the texture and look of my skin

this product was just ok and I did not notice a huge difference. I was very excited to try this after seeing reviews and am fairly disappointed. for the price it definitely does not meet my expectations. would not buy!

I really really wanted...

I really really wanted to like this and see the results that it promises but its just not there. Im 33 and have noticed my under eyes get that crepey look so I was hoping this would be the answer. Although the gel does help hydrate them, I havent seen a difference in the actual fine lines. Maybe if I did it twice a day it would make the difference

I loved the device and it seemed to work extremely well but each device broke at the tip where the silver ball is attached as stated in one of the previous reviews. I wanted to purchase another one but I knew until this defect is repaired each device would eventually break. Please see what you can do to fix this as this device is wonderful if it will stay intact. Please let me know if there are changes and I will purchase again. Thank you!!
