Retinol24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer

I am 74 years old and a decades Oil of Olay customer. I am needing a bit more assistance with the wrinkles! The Retinol24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer is light weight, with no fragrance. However, it makes my skin peel (flakes) and pill (after it has been on my face for several hours). I have quit using it around my eyes because of a burning sensation and the flaking. It may be because I have "older" thinner skin. I use it with the Regenerist (sp) serum. Jury is still out on a recommendation..... Fair at the moment.

Wow! I've used a few retinol products in the past and they've all been quite abrasive and drying. This is the opposite, it's genius to have a moisturizer with the retinol treatment. In just a month I've noticed smoother skin, healing of breakouts, and even lessened appearance of crows feet. Now the first couple weeks did cause some purging which resulted in some ugly acne (I've been fighting cystic acne for over 10 yrs now so this was expected). For this reason I used 2x a week in the beginning and then moved to 3x (with intense hydrating mask nights in between). The results were extremely noticeable the morning after I used this product, each time my skin seemed softer and firmer. I do think it worked a bit slower than some other retinol treatments I've tried, but I am okay with that as it didn't come with negative results those stronger types often do (eg. Over drying/flaking/irritation). I will definitely be repurchasing and would like to try other products from this line. I would recommend to anyone who is using retinol for the first time, or who just wants to get results with minimal added effort to your routine.

Reasonably priced retinol night moisturizer

I received an Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer from Pinchme in exchange for my honest review. This night cream works well to Hydrate and moisturize the skin. The retinol for anti aging benefits was well tolerated by my skin. No stinging or burning. I did use a hyaluronic acid serum prior to this for additional moisture. The moisturizer has a slight fragrance but it disappears once the product is absorbed. The product absorbs easily into skin with no greasy residue or heavy feeling. My skin feels soft but I can't say for sure yet if I see any anti aging benefits. I would recommend this product if you're looking for a night retinol product. Ease into use if you're worried about it being too drying or if it stings.

Incredible Product

I could not believe it I actually saw result within one hour I am a 59 year old Grandmother of 8 and I always get the oh you look way too young to be a Grandmother let alone 59 years young I am humbled at this comments but then I started to notice lines around my mouth but these lines came from weight loss not just aging skin and then I noticed fine lines around my eyes and between my forehead in brow area I never ever worried about skin never had ache I love water and I eat pretty good but I kept seeing these Oil of Olay commercials now I use to use Oil Of Olay when I was a teenager I use the original one that had had a white short bottle with a black top and I used it everyday single day because I just getting into makeup and I was a Gymnast so my face has to be super clean fast forward to now I said dah go back to what has worked for you before so I purchased the Vitamin E Oil the Reginist in the red jar and the basic facial cleaners which is creamy with some sort of abrasion texture I absolutely love my regimen my face has a dewy glow and I get compliments way more than before I don't eye what foundation of blushes or concealers anymore at all maybe some mascara lashes sometimes a lipgloss I Love My Olay

Non-Oily but so Moisturizing!

I've been using the Regenerist Retinol for around 10 days with excellent results.

I love the creamy non-oily texture of this cream, it feels quite moisturizing, and leaves my skin hydrated and nourished, I have been seeing an improvement on lines, the wrinkles on my forehead are dimished and overall my skin looks brighter with a nice natural glow, also a tad firmer plus it didn't cause my skin to breakout or experienced any adverse reactions, so this cream will definitely continue to be part of my skincare routine. Love that is fragrance free, seems suitable for sensitive skin types. A must try!

Amazing my new go to for night moisturizer

This stuff is great, I typically use the Clinique hydration line for moisturizer which I do really like however I must say this peptide moisturizer is equally wonderful, it feels like silk going onto your skin. My skin feels great after, no tightness, no greasy residue perfect before bed moisturizer for aging skin (early 40s). You don't need a ton to do the job either. My face feels wonderfully hydrated. I love this product in every way and will most definitely be purchasing again after my sample runs out. 10++ for me!

Amazing night face moisturizer!

Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer is amazing. Great anti-ager with help from retinol and peptides to resurface our skin and fix the texture to help you skin looking more youthful and refreshed. My skin feels smoother than before and I am very impressed. This night cream contains b3 which is fantastic to nourish your skin. Some of my dark spots are minimized, my fine lines are more minimized...I can't wait to see what happens after more use! No fragrance in this product!

Retinol burn on the first try

I bought this earlier this week and tried it out the first night. I noticed a tingling sensation right away, but thought nothing of it. The next morning I woke up to painful, cracking, red, swollen skin all over my face. I wouldn't have imagined retinol burn would be possible by using so little and only on the first try, but clearly I was wrong. It is now five days later and I still cannot apply anything to my face without the swollen redness reappearing. It burns almost nonstop, and I've had to use ice packs to fill the sensation. This is definitely not something I would recommend. I wish there were a warning on the packaging so people could know the risk before buying.

Moisturizing, but not greasy

After using Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer for several weeks, I was pleasantly pleased with the moisturization it provided. It felt cool, slightly heavy, but non-greasy on the skin. It was the perfect moisturizer for overnight use. In the morning, my skin felt plumped and moisturized. Having Retinol in in the formula is a nice addition to getting some skincare benefits.

I would recommend this product to others who are seeking moisturization with skin care benefits at night.

Rich but Irritates Sensitive Skin

I rated this 3 stars because it does have a silky, rich quality that may be appreciated by people with normal insensitive skin. However, I have sensitive dry skin so I need something rich that will not irritate. This moisturizer was fine the first night and my skin felt hydrated, though it also felt like there was a thin film left on my skin. After the second night of using this product I broke out with 5 tiny whiteheads which is not typical for me with the skincare products I usually use. It seems like the film left behind after the product is absorbed can clog sensitive pores.

Silky Smooth

I have been using Okay products for awhile. I was new to the Refenerisr Retinol 24+Peptide night face moisturizer. It was in fact fragrance-free, which I appreciate. The item is very smooth and a little goes a long way. The texture at first is odd. Not bad, but almost as if it were oily, but when id wake up my skin felt super silky and not at all oily. It felt hydrated which was a bonus during these dry months. I was surprised to still feel that hyderation after 8 or 9 hours. Do I love this product more than the hyaluronic peptide 24 product? No, but it comes a close second.

Super Hydrating

I haven't used any Olay product that I didn't like, and the Regenerist Retinol 24+ Peptide Night Face Moisturizer is no different. I received a complimentary jar from PINCHme for my honest review, and I am grateful. I have dry skin, due to age, and the weather, and I don't wake up with tight, dry patchy skin anymore after using this. Every evening I wash my face, and apply this creamy moisturizer, and my face plumps up making fine lines less visible. My makeup goes on much better when my skin is hydrated, and looks better. It's a great moisturizer and retinol cream.

Very moisturizing!

I received a jar of Olay Regenerist Retinol 24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer in exchange for my review of the product. I don't normally buy Olay products, so if not for PINCHMe I would never have tried it. I really liked it! It is so luxurious and moisturizing. It's like you can actually feel it working. The next day after using it the first time my face felt and looked better! After a few days of use I actually think my face looks more youthful! I will definitely purchase this product once I run out!!

Absolutely Amazing

I recieved the Regenerist Retinol 24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer by Olay for free from PINCHme to try in return for my honest review. I absolutely adore this night cream. It has a nice texture and is easy to evenly apply to my face. Ive been waking up feeling nourished which is much needed this winter. My skin has been looking better and better as the days progress while using the cream. I haven't had a single downside and will be keeping this on for my night time routine. I definitely would highly reccomend.

Very Moisturizing!

Olay's Regenerist Retinol 24 + Peptide Night Face Moisturizer was exactly what I needed especially approaching winter months. The moisturizer is very hydrating. Application is great, it absorbs nicely, not too heavy at all. For being a night moisturizer it is very light. It says fragrance free but it seemed to have a very light mild scent, not overpowering. I woke up with my skin feeling nice and soft. I look forward to continue using to see the full benefit for reducing fine lines. Overall, I would recommend. So hydrating!!

I really enjoyed using this moisturizer from Olay! It left my skin feeling smooth, supple, and super hydrated. It absorbed into my skin almost immediately, and did not leave a greasy film or feeling. It has a slight fragrance to it, which was very pleasant but not overpowering at all. I will be using this twice a day for several weeks to get the full effect of the retinol and peptides. This facial moisturizer is great for somebody like me who is in her 40s and it's just starting to see early signs of aging on the skin.

My Holy Grail Product

Growing up I had bad acne. Whiteheads galore. I tried every acne system there was but I felt like nothing really worked for me. When I got into my mid twenties, luckily my acne improved, but the texture of my skin wasn't great and I hadn't found a skincare line that worked for me. I forget where I got my first bottle of this, but I'm so glad I came across it several years ago!! I have rebought it so many times! It makes my skin feel so smooth, and I feel like my skin did a 180 after I started using it. I consider it my holy grail product. I use all Olay products now.

Over-priced, average product

I contacted Olay when they stopped offering Pro-X Dermatological Anti-Aging Age Repair Lotion to see what the replacement was. They claimed it was this. IT ISN'T. I bought 3 jars thinking they must know what was equivalent, but this is no better than a cheap cream (which they charge as a premium product). For the first time in 40+ years, I am looking for another product, as all their 'new' products are over-priced hype creams that don't work. I've used Olay since Jr High, but not anymore. I don't mind paying more for a product that WORKS (like the Pro-X line did), but I don't like being price gouged.

Light and airy whipped Olay

I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. Olay Regenerist Whip is a very light product. It is not heavy when you apply it. It of course lives up to the Olay brand name. It feels like a very luxurious item at a deal of a price. Its totally hydrating and you can feel the results after applying. It's great to use under makeup for sunscreen protection . It's lit and airy texture feels wonderful on your skin. This product is great young old and anybody that has facial skin they want to moisturize and protect.

I want to love!

I used a previous version of this cream and had no issues. I bought a new jar last month and have tried it for a whole month. I'm nearly out of the jar. It feels good when it goes on, but I'm definitely experiencing pilling. I tried everything to remedy this: using a very small amount, applying after *thoroughly* cleansing and drying, changing up the order of my routine, applying it alone, letting it dry thoroughly before letting anything touch my face... none of it worked. I wake up in the morning with white flakes and every speck of dust and dog hair in the room clinging to my skin. When applied with my fingers (I usually use a silicone applicator), the white residue would form on my hands as well. I wouldn't say I saw no results, though I do use other products in my regime, but I worry I didn't get the full benefit of the formula since it didn't seem to absorb as intended. I had absolutely no adverse reactions to the cream (my skin tolerates retinol well). I'll be changing up this part of my skincare routine, but I wish I could pinpoint why this was happening. I believe in the Olay products and wish this would work for me.
