Like others have mentioned, the smell is pretty rough but the results are AMAZING. I've only used it twice and my dark spots have significantly lightened already. Unfortunately you do have to deal with smell for a few minutes but it does go away after some time- but in my opinion it is worth dealing with based on how effective the product is. I wish I could describe the smell better, but it is unusual- some say it smells like tumeric but I personally dont think so. Give it a try! I hope this review helps someone on the fence about it.

I'm 23 years old and because ive lacked a lot of sunscreen throughout the entirety of my life. Ive started to notice fine lines growing on my forehead. Since I started using this my skin has been visibly more plumped and my fine lines are slowly disappearing. A little goes a long way! Also don't let the stupid person below who knows nothing about skincare saying "beware of alcohol" for some people. Alcohol is necessary in a product to help allow the ingredients penetrate deeper into your skin. Know how ingredients work before making false claims under the reviews tab.

I was at first skeptical about purchasing this serum because my skin has not agreed with my past choices. The first day using the serum, I noticed how hydraded my face felt. This serum did not make my skin feel glossy and I can finally say that it agreed with my choice. My skin looks more healthy now and it glows. This is a great daily serum. I apply it after cleansing and before moisturize. One of my favs about this serum is how my makeup does not crease anymore. Definitely will be purchasing more.

This serum is AMAZING! I have achieved real results with this serum. This formula combines two key ingredients I can not live without. peptides & ceremides in a gentle formula that sinks into the skin perfectly. I have a difficult time trying to find a serum that combines the two in a harsh free formula. Kate Somerville finally did it! Yes; it's expensive but this serum works!! I am in my mid forties and my skins moisture barrier is strong. Any redness & skin sensitivity issues disappear by the next morning. Will continue to purchase & recommend

I am currently on my second bottle of this serum! My hyperpigmentation has faded noticeably & I have more glowing skin! It glides on well & absorbs quickly into the skin. I also love the glass packaging & the orangish-yellow bottle. I typically use 2 pumps after washing my face, applying toner. The scent is faint & my skin doesn't tingle or burn. Due to the price, I only apply in the mornings. To add: I have dry skin, with hyperpigmentation on my cheeks (acne scars) & around my mouth and chin. This serum has evened out the dark spots & smoothed my complexion. I highly recommend!

I have sensitive skin (pale, freckled, Celtic-Slavic descent) and I haven't been able to find a vit c that actually worked without being irritating. This is the one! It's the first vit c I've actually seen visible improvement with and it doesn't irritate me — not even redness or tingling — at all. I use 5 drops in the morning and the finish is slightly tacky. I layer it over peach slices snail mucin toner and under acure squalene oil and Australian gold botanical mineral sunscreen with no problem. Definitely recommend this! My only tiny complaint is the bottle recommends 2-3 drops, which I have no idea how you could even effectively spread on your face lol; the formula dries pretty quickly for me.

I can't believe how much I like this serum. It goes on very smoothly and makes my skin very soft. I still have A hard time believing it's at this price point with glycolic lactic and salicylic acid. I received s sample from drunk elephant that has similar ingredients but it's three times the amount. I will continue to buy this product. My skin handles exfoliants very well fortunately. If your skin isn't used to these types of acids then I would maybe recommend starting with just one like lactic acid and go from there once your skin acclimates.

his is a great serum and I have been really impressed with the results! This feels especially soothing when my skin barrier is damaged and irritated. It feels cooling on the skin and very gently soothing. I like to use it daily to keep my skin barrier in check, especially using a harsher active like a retinoid or an exfoliant. It takes care of redness and sensitivity immediately. It has Centella Asiatica which is one of my favorite soothing ingredients, and I am very impressed with the Molecular Mushroom Complex with soothing properties as well! Definitely a staple in my routine. Highly recommend! I received this product complimentary from Origins US but this is my honest opinion.

I received a bottle of this stuff in a subscription box a while ago and never used it because the idea of putting oil on my face quite frankly terrifies me. a few weeks ago I ran out of the oil I usually use in the ends of my hair and used this in a pinch.... it works surprisingly well! Makes my hair super shiny without weighing it down and looking greasy. I don't use a lot so this bottle will probably last me a long time, but when it runs out I'm genuinely thinking of repurchasing for this purpose hahah
