Olay Ultimate Eye Cream for Dark Circles, Wrinkles and Puffiness Reviews

THE HOLY GRAIL

This eye cream is life. This is my holy grail of eye creams, and I do use a couple different ones but this one is my always, daily, don't-leave-home-without-it absolute must have. I turn 47 this year and have ZERO wrinkles around my eyes. I attribute that to the fact that I've been using Olay since I was in my 20's and use this wonder product daily.

Really wanted this to work

I have been looking for a good product for my dark circles and have tried many! My mom barely had wrinkles and she vowed by Olay so I have put it in my daily and love my day and night routine! I have used this for 2 mornings and a small bit the third because it was burning a bit so I stopped! The next morning I woke with I don't know what! Some kind of reaction and also peeling. I am so disgusted because it seemed to be working and I spent a pretty penny on it and now can't even use it! I didn't want it ti be the reason but I don't understand I have never had any kind of issue with Olay at all

Works Great! Use it daily

I have been using this for YEARS! I put it on first thing when I get up, and the under eye puffiness and dark circles are dramatically reduced almost immediately. The real test came on the weekends. As a Scoutmaster of a Boy Scout Troop, we camp every month - late nights, long days and no time for a make-up routine. This product gets rid of the dark circles immediately, and by the time I'm up and out of my tent I don't look like an ogre.

And I'm now at an age where I really don't do the make-up routine anymore in general, and this product allows me to look great without it. No, it is not the same as wearing concealer and full-on makeup, but I can feel beautiful without all that.

Olay Eyes Ultimate Eye Cream is the one product I consistently use on a daily basis.

Not perfect, but does help

I have been using this for several months now. It is absorbed quickly and feels great going on. I do not have dark circles but do have puffiness under one eye (yes, I'm a little lopsided lol). This cream does help to lessen the puffiness. The tint helps to brighten the eyes. I will often use just this eye cream when leaving as it helps enough to make me feel half-way presentable.

Love this!

I've been using this for about 2 months and I love it! It seems another of people want instant results.It takes time which is why I wait 2 months to review. I'm 68 with tear trough and dark circles. This has made it to where I'm not trying to hide behind foundation and concealer. Please Olay don't discontinue!

Two months of use and no changes at all around my eyes

I've used the Olay Ultimate Eye Cream consistently for two months now and it doesn't seem to do anything other than act as a mild tinted concealer. I've used cheaper eye creams in the past with some improvement in lines and circles, so I've been greatly disappointed that this pricey Olay product doesn't produce any benefit at all. Definitely will not buy it again.

Red, slight sting, flaking and wrinkled

Looking for some brightening and wrinkle minimizing I bought this product. I've tried it for over a week. After one day the skin started flaking which I thought might be part of the process but after 10 days my eyes are red and dry and wrinkled and my eye lids started to sting when I applied it tonight. A shame for the cost!!

Helps with wrinkles and puffiness

This is my 4th jar of this Olay product l have purchased. I put my moisture cream on first then I add it next after the moisturizer has dried good. I even use it on wrinkles on other places on my face. I can in a few minutes notice a big difference in my wrinkles on places l put it on my face and the puffiness under my eyes

Great product.

Pilly and unusable

I bought this after reading that it was one of the best lower cost eye creams available, but after weeks of trying to make it work, I returned it because it would not absorb even when I used small amounts. It just sat on my skin with a lumpy texture. Also wasn't good for my sensitive skin at the time. I was having some issues with really dry eye around the skin and I could not use this at the same time, I imagine due to having fragrance in it.

Huge Fan - Works as Intended, Brighter Eyes, No Burning

I'm 36 with dry skin and perioral dermatitis. Products like CeraVe hydrating facial cleanser and Neutrogena Hydro Boost gel cream extra dry have saved my skin and I've added this product to my daily routine for the last six months. I will be buying this again. I have dark circles and drawn eyes. this hydrates the skin around my eyes, plumps and the pigment evens out skin tone and brightens. the difference in the dark circles was immediately noticeable and I've been happy with improvements to my eye area over time. I have very sensitive skin around my eyes and have had no issues with burning with this product.

Does as intended. Great for puffy, dark circles under eyes.

I have very puffy eyes in the morning and this eye cream removes the puffiness very quickly. I also have pale and purple circles under my eyes if I don't sleep well. This eye cream also helps with that. It seems like the small amount of tint in it is to cover up dark circles, but it's definitely not a concealer. I use under my eyes as well as eyelid to brow area. Use caution around crows feet because it seeps into my eyes if applied too close to the water line. A separate eye moisturizer may be needed occasionally.

Not for sensitive eyes!

Third time I've used this and my eyes are swollen beyond belief. I had no reaction the first time I used it and the second time I thought I was simply having an eczema flare up, but this product has definitely given me a painful allergic reaction exactly where I applied the product. Would not recommend!

Okay product

I bought this for myself for Christmas. It says the touch of concealer matches all skin colors but it does not not! I'm not very tan but I'd say my skin tone is average. It leaves an orange tint on my skin so I have to cover it up with makeup or wash my face when I leave the house! It seem as to really help my dark circles and puffiness though!

More Than Eyes

I honestly wish this product came in a bigger jar, because I use this on my neck, upper lip, nose, and face. It has shrunk the large pores on my nose and decreases my wrinkles. It also helps with the crepe skin on my neck. It also helps with the lines above my lips. I'm reading all of these negative reviews, and I'm honestly surprised. I'm sorry the product doesn't work for them, but I absolutely love this cream.

Game changer!!!

I have tried many eye creams for dark circles, and this one actually works! This product works for me and covers up my dark circles. I wear it in the a.m. and p.m. and find that it helps with the circles never looking to bad in the morning. After i wash my face they still are not as dark. I pair this with another eye lifting cream from Maelys cosmetics for daytime. This product honestly has really been a game changer for me.

Pleased cuz okay customer for over 40 years !

I use the Ultimates Eye Cream and have for years ! I think these other women may have sensitive skin, hence the problem they had. My mother used Olay products her entire life and I was taught to take impeccable care of my skin and I do ! I love this cream and ALL of your products. I briefly tried an expensive line and they truly did not compare ! I will NEVER sway from my Olay products ever again ! Thank you ! I wish you would develop a wonderful hand moisturizer and a lip balm !

Irritated my skin

I tend to gravitate towards unscented products that work with my sensative, combination skin. I currently use olay complete loition in the morning and regerist at night. I tried this for 2 days and ended up with a red, irrited, itchy area under my

left eye. It cleared up after a day of not using the product.

Nooope!

Excited until the product dried down... then i noticed it started to settle and crack in the lines and looked drying in the corners of my lower lids.... not what i want in an eye cream. There's no moisture. I'm only 36 and my eyes are not even close to being bad... just wanted to start on tackling problems now.

No Change in 3 Weeks

I read the reviews first, but decided to purchase this expensive eye cream anyway.

Ok, first, clearly there is make up (foundation/concealer?) in the product. It's a orange putty color. After using the product, I wiped my fingers on a towel and noticed the towel was now orange putty colored. Now, once applied to the face, the color disappears. Second, I have dark circles and a little puffiness under my eyes. The packaging said instant results. It's been 3 weeks, and there is no change. Lastly, after use is does make the skin around my eyes softer, so there's that.

Olay has quality products that I love. I just can't love this. I will continue to use it because of the softness factor, and because I paid so much for a little tiny jar.

The worst eye cream I have ever used

I am surprised that this bad product is coming from Olay, a company I associate with good skin products. This cream is the worst eye cream I have ever used-- it's thick with an orangish tint that just goes on sloppily on the eye area and leaves the entire area looking dull and matte while settling on lines and wrinkles. This product is terrible and I wish I hadn't spent money on it. Olay, what were you thinking putting this on the market??!!! I'm very disappointed. The worst!
