Olay Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Brightening Eye Cream Reviews

Pretty good product!

I received the Olay vitamin C + peptide 24 eye cream for free in exchange for my honest review and I personally enjoy this product! A little bit goes a very long way so this is lasted me well over a month and I still have product left. I like that this product has no fragrance as I am sensitive to that and I like how light this feels under my eyes. I noticed a little bit less blue undertone and dullness under my eyes than I usually do but I haven't noticed a huge change. It could be because I am only 26 so I don't have as much to improve under my eyes than somebody a little older than me. I would recommend trying this product out for yourself and see how this works!

Good Vitamin C Serum

I have been using Olay Regenerist Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Serum for almost 4 weeks and it has worked well with my skin and I've had zero negative side effects. This new serum has a milky white colour and the formula isn't super viscous nor is it very watery. There is very little fragrance, if any at all and it is easy to apply by using the dropper attachedto the screw cap lid. Honestly it seems nearly identical to Olay's Tone Perfection Serum that also features Vitamin C as the main ingredient.

I have used vitamin C serums before but decided to begin the trial by applying to clean, dry skin every other evening, before my night moisturizer. By the third use I was certain I could use it daily (or nightly) without any issues and was correct. I had no skin "purging", and no irritation. I do want to mention that while I used different products already in my skin care routine for reviewing purposes; ALWAYS read labels before adding new products because certain ingredients need to be used in a specific order for effectiveness. For example vitamin C, retinol and vitamin B3 can all work together but if you mix them at the same time they can cancel each other out.

Good Vitamin C Serum

Hydrating and plumping without a greasy feel!

I've been using this product day and night for about 3 weeks now, but I was immediately impressed with the first use. It is a light gel-like serum that has a pleasant citrus scent, and dries down without a lot of stickiness. My skin immediately looked hydrated and plump, and I could swear my large pores were diminished. With just a few drops from the application dropper (a little goes a long way), the serum plays well under moisturizer, SPF, and the rest of my makeup. I wouldn't go overboard with a lot of serum, because the one time I did that, I noticed it seemed to pill and flake around my hairline. After 3 weeks of daily use, I'm noticing some my dark spots/hyperpigmentation seem to be lighter, and my skin stays hydrated, and fine wrinkles are evened out even before I put the serum on. My skin looks healthy and glowing without looking greasy. I can't wait to finish the rest of the bottle to see how much brighter my skin looks.

I don't know that it made me look less tired- and it definitely didn't get rid of the dark marks under my eyes, but it did make me feel less tired -- which I can definitely appreciate. For reference, I used this product in my morning and night routines. I've used this consistently for two weeks now and it hasn't done anything for my eye appearance. Day 14 looks exactly the same as Day 1. It will trick you into feeling more awake which is the reason for my 4 stars and recommendation!

LOL Anyways, it's a pretty good under eye serum as it has Vitamin C and peptide 24 Eye cream, but you'd have to use it consistency and be aware their are products you cannot mix with vitamin C, which can have an adverse reaction or cause irritation, which is kind of not the point! LOL Wish they had some info regarding that on their packaging. Otherwise, it's not the worst Olay product. Can't say I see much of a difference.

I HAVE noticed a difference in 2 weeks. I like the consistency of the product and it doesn't have a smell which I prefer. One jar seems like it would last for a good while, there's lots of product in it.

The dark marks from acne and the dark circles under my eyes are barely visible in less than a week of using Olay's product. It also did a great job erasing the dark (light brown) skin folds on my neck. While I cannot stop bragging about the Regenerist Vitamin C + Peptide 24 Serum, people would only believe what I say if they tried the product for themselves. I did have some dry patches and fine bumps after using this product, but I can't say if it's because of the product or the SPF that I paired it with. All in all, I love how radiant my skin has become.

Tightens and Brightens

Olay Vitamin C and Peptide 24 Eye Cream helped lessen the fine lines around my eyes and seemed to make my eyes more alive/bright even when I was tired. A tiny amount of this cream goes a long way and it starts to tingle a bit as you rub it around your eyes. I wear contacts and it did sting a little if I didn't wash my hands before handling my contacts, but otherwise this product seemed like a nice addition to my routine.
