I fell in love with this shampoo

Great amount of product in the refill pouch. I buy it like this & use 1 bottle, rather than repeatedly buying the smaller bottle. The product itself is great for daily hair washing. 10/10

The perfect shampoo

Last forever because you don't need to use much. Aroma is delightful. Cleans hair without stripping it dry.

Love this brand

I absolutely love ouai. All of their products are amazing. I have thin hair that usually is kind of frizzy with not much body. After using ouai it's no longer frizzy and actually has some body and wave.

Won't Buy Anything Else

This is hands down the best OUAI to keep your hair healthy. The refill pouches are a great way to make sure to never run out. I do wish they offered refillable bottles with a pump.

Best shampoo for my hair

Switched to this brand at recommendation of my stylist. The shampoo I had been using was making my hair fall out. I used to be a hair product junky - and I never used anything but high end products - but staying home during Covid broke me and I realized all the problems all the products I was using was causing. The fragrance and other products led to allergic reactions, hair loss, etc. So glad I switched to Ouai! I use only the Fine shampoo and conditioner, the leave-in conditioner, and the hair oil and have only used those for the last 2.5 years. My hair is amazingly healthy, touchable, and smells good. And I love that I can refill the bottle. Still have the first bottle I bought and have been using the refills ever since.

In a time where plastic use is so heavy it is nice to have a more eco friendly option for a great product.

My first time with OUAI

I'm trying to use as few skin/care/hair products as possible. I decided to try using just shampoo (no mask, no conditioner), and so far I'm really happy with Fine Hair OUAI. I've been using it for a month already, and it's been great.
