Absolutely hate this.
I was excited to try this that I bought the thick shampoo and conditioner AND the refills. Terrible idea… I hate the way it leaves my hair and now I'm forced to use it because it was so expensive to purchase and I can't find it in myself to throw away that much money. Truly disappointed. I've always used LANZA and had much better results, never complained but I wanted to see what the rave was all about. Truly wish I could return the refills at least. It leaves my hair feeling chalky and oily. I've rinsed it out for a long period of time trying to remove the product and I end up with the same results. I will need an actual detox shampoo to help get my hair back to a normal state.

This conditioner works great on hair of all ages All the women in my house use it for every wash. We love the smell, they way it makes our hair feel and the value for the refill pouches. Only a small amount of product is needed for long hair to make it feel luxurious.

Love that it leaves my hair hydrated and shiny! I don't need to use any additional product before or after blow drying my hair. I know longer have to use any serums to hydrate and for shine even days after.

I have always loved Ouai! Every since I got a sample product from them in a FabFit box I ordered 3 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised and have been loyal to the brand since! Every single product smells heavenly. The brand is Eco Conscience! Which is a plus! The shampoos don't bubble up (sudds) but it cleans without stripping hair of it's much needed and natural oils. The conditioner is just MAGIC in a bottle! Every time I wash my hair, it's like I just walked out of the salon and spent hundreds on the "restoration" of my hair. But that product does all of that in these bottles. It's AHHmazing!

How To Use
Apply a quarter size amount of conditioner onto clean hair, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.
