I LOVE THIS SHAMPOO!!
I absolutely love this shampoo! I have had very thick hair my whole life. I always have had to use more shampoo than other normally would and go through it quickly. This shampoo is for thick hair and the trick is to not use a lot. You only need a half a palm size because it suds really well. I get compliments on the smell and how shiny my hair looks. It has a very light rose smell to it. Not heavy at all. This picture is just wash and dry with no other product. I live in a very humid area so it does get a frizz to it.
Thick hair shampoo
Amazing product! With thick hair I always need to shampoo twice and with OUAI I use half the amount of shampoo and get a great lather. OUAI leaves my hair shiny and soft it is the best shampoo I have ever used!
Horrible Smell and Buildup
This shampoo is horrible, it has an overly powerful perfume aroma that sticks to your hair, and I've never had a shampoo that caused my scalp to have build up this bad before. I'm throwing this away, it's not worth using the rest.
Don't buy
I was excited to try this that I bought the thick shampoo and conditioner AND the refills. Terrible idea… I hate the way it leaves my hair and now I'm forced to use it because it was so expensive to purchase and I can't find it in myself to throw away that much money. Truly disappointed. I've always used LANZA and had much better results, never complained but I wanted to see what the rave was all about. Truly wish I could return the refills at least. It leaves my hair feeling chalky and oily. I've rinsed it out for a long period of time trying to remove the product and I end up with the same results. I will need an actual detox shampoo to help get my hair back to a normal state.

This shampoo and conditioner is heaven for my thick hair. It's easy to refill in my old container and although I don't usually like rose scents, I love this!
Love this shampoo! Not the packaging
I purchased the refill recently. When it arrived it had leaked shampoo inside I'd the clear bag it came in and in the box. I'm not sure how much product was wasted, but still shouldn't happen with shipping.
Lovely for thick hair!
I've been on the search for a conditioner for my thick hair for years. I've come close sometimes, but nothing has quite compared to this formula. My hair drinks this up and feels so soft after my shower. My frizz is never 100% controlled, but this gets it pretty close. My hair also stays feeling softer for so much longer (I don't wash my hair everyday). I'm so glad I decided to try this on a whim!
The Best
This shampoo is the best out there. My daughter has thick, frizzy, and head full of hair. Love the way it makes her hair look and feel!! Doesn't take much product. On the expensive side but well worth it.

How To Use
Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with lukewarm water. Lather a quarter size amount of shampoo in hands and then work into your roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner.
Precautions: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs, rinse well with water.
