Perfect level of Exfoliation
This is my favorite exfoliating disc!! I wish the PMD Pro once a week. My mom always notices when I've been consistent in my routine by complimenting me on my skin. My only wish is that they had an option to sell the face and body disc separately as I rarely use the PMD for my body and am now just collecting them.
I need it!
I use my handheld microdermabrasion weekly and these replacements are the "roughest" ones there are. My skin is used to them but if you are just starting out, use a much lighter "grit"

I use this once a week on my face. I love it. I bought it to help with the scar on my face I got from sliding across asphalt on my face from an accident. I love it. Each time I use it my face is looking better and better
PMD is life changing
I have been using my PMD for over a year and love it! It's been a life saver for my skin and has improved the pigmentation from pregnancy, small lines, and just overall skin clarity. These red discs are rough on your skin, but after the first use they feel like the other ones.

The PMD tool is easy to use, a simple addition to my skin care routine. I've been using it once a week for a few months and see a big difference in texture! Much more affordable than regular microdermabrasion appointments with a Dermatologist.

Top line, very coarse! Don't rush this one. I did it once and move back down to the coarse. There's a huge difference between the two so make sure you are ready. When I finished my little cheeks were RED and hot for about 24 hours. I splashed some cold water on them, I always use cold water to close my pores then I applied some vitamin E cream. This is an amazing system!
It works!
Worked my way up to the red discs using the milder blue and green the first few uses. Now that I am using the red discs I am very happy with the difference it makes. I have severe acne scars with pit marks and they are so much less noticeable now. I feel that if I continue they may even actually vanish which is amazing. The discs and PMD unit were worth every penny.
