Redken Blondage High Bright Conditioner for Blondes and Highlights

Again, it's just a sample

I said it with the sample shampoo and all that it's just a sample. Just because you use something one time does it mean it's going to work the same magic it does the first time. I wish more samples came with at least a three day treatment. Especially with shampoos and conditioners. You can't just use it one time and think it's miraculous. Because I have used Redken before and it was the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever tried in years. But after three times using it I realized it was drying out my hair very badly. But the first time it was awesome. So I can say is if you want to give samples away, you might want to give more than one treatment.

Bleach Blonde with Brass and Breakage

LOVE!! Helped with Everything. My hair is a bright blonde now, it feels healthy and strong. I have tried everything from bonding systems to masks. Here is exactly what I did: 1. Sprayed the Blondage High Bright Treatment in sections all over my hair and let sit for 5 minutes (Do not Rinse) 2. Shampoo 2x with the Blondage High Bright Shampoo 3. Condition with the Blondage High Bright Conditioner (I like to rinse with cool water for healthier hair) 4. It felt dry but I put in the Extreme Bleach Recovery leave in cream and then 5. Sprayed the Extreme Anti-Snap Spray and Beautiful Healthy Blonde Hair! I recommend buying the trial sizes for the Blondage products to see how it works for you before the investment. Didn't do anything

First, the sample was so small. I have shoulder length fine/medium hair and I didn't have enough product to thoroughly cleanse and treat. I wanted to use more shampoo but held back to really see how this product worked. I have blonde/platinum hair. My hair was still dirty after washing. It didn't seem any brighter. The conditioner did make the hair seem soft. The pre treatment didn't seem like it did much of anything and the shampoo wasn't enough. I wouldn't recommend or buy this product. Time to re wash my hair today to actually get clean. For this product's purpose of "brightening" I give it a 1/10. Didn't do a thing!

Leaves my hair soft and shiny

I love Redken products so I was very excited to try this conditioner. It's not super thick in consistency - which I like. It is easily distributed throughout the hair shaft. It has a pleasant scent that is not overpowering. This conditioner leaves my hair feeling soft and looking shiny and bouncy. It doesn't weigh my hair down. I don't know that it really made my blonde hair any brighter, but it doesn't cause any brassiness or dulling of my hair either. I will definitely continue to use this conditioner in the future!

unsure about results?

I've used this twice so far, along with the shampoo. I'm not sure it makes a huge difference—it's honestly really hard to tell. My hair certainly doesn't look worse, and the conditioner seems to make my hair soft (not as soft as the Redken All Soft Heavy Cream, though, which is my HG)…but I don't really see a huge difference. My hair might look a tiny bit brighter, but it's just really hard to tell. This is my hair right out of the shower after using all 3 of the products from this box/line.

Excellent conditioner for fine, blonde hair

I started using this conditioner when I had a full head of platinum blonde hair and have continued since adding in lowlights/balayage. It works equally well on both hair styles, keeps my highlights looking fresh without washing out the deposited color, and is moisturizing yet light. I love that the shampoo and conditioner combo don't weight my fine hair down. It has that classic Redken salon aroma. Side note: you will still want to rotate in a blue or purple shampoo and/or conditioner if you're a blonde or have blonde highlights. Love this and plan to buy more when my bottle is empty!

Great conditioner!

I love this stuff! I have hard water at my home and salon. Even though I have filters on both, my blonde tends to get meh pretty quickly. This conditioner is perfect follow up after pulling all that buildup out. It's smells amazing and my hair is silky and easy to comb out after use, which is usually hard to do after a chelating treatment. I use it at least once every two weeks and I always use it the night before I retouch my roots. My hair feels moisturized and easy to work with and is a nice, bright blonde. It doesn't weigh my hair down at all and leaves my hair soft and shiny.

Ok product

This conditioner was the third step to this hair care system. The scent was nice and not overpowering. The conditioner left my hair soft but not weighed down. I normally don't use conditioner but I was able to use this without getting oily. My hair is naturally blonde and not color treated so maybe that's why I didn't notice a difference in the brightness of my blonde. I probably would not purchase this in the future. If you have color treated hair, it would be worth trying just to see if it would brighten your hair.

I really really love these products from Redken. I got the blondage treatment, the shampoo, and the conditioner. I felt it was easier to review these 3 products as a whole because I've been using them altogether and have gotten great results. I have blonde balayage hair and it's really need to be touched up. Since I've been using these products my blonde looks brighter and my hair feels so nice. I have tried a ton of different hair products and none of them have made my hair look and feel this good. I highly recommend it if you have blonde color treated hair!

Okay, but not great

I've been professionally doing partial highlights on my thick, long hair for more than 20 years. I've often used shampoos for color-treated hair for as long as I can remember, but not until last year or so have I been seeking out conditioners specifically for blondes, particularly the purple kind. I was super excited to get my hands on the Redken Blondage High Bright Conditioner.

The bottle is purple, but the shampoo it not, with no purple tint. I followed introductions and also used the same line's pre-wash spray and shampoo. After I dried my hair, I didn't notice a difference in my color or softness. I tried it a few more times and it ceased to knock my socks off. My hair faded as it normally would and that was that. When I switch up my conditioners, I always notice a difference in my hair, for better or for worse. I didn't notice any difference with this conditioner. I'll stick to my normal conditioners and keep this around for back up.
