It is unclear when this product is to be used. Immediately after having your hair colored? 2 weeks later? Use everyday?

I also was not thrilled that you have to towel dry your hair, use gloves, then rinse off after 5-10 mins, and try not to get it on your scalp. I prefer doing my hair regime in the shower and not having to get back in to rinse. Not everyone has a sink or tub to rinse your hair in.

After I used it as directed, I have not noticed any change in my hair color or texture. Am I supposed to after one use? After 3 uses?? Very unclear on what this product is supposed to do.

Slightly disappointed

I tried this mask on my daughters hair which has been previously lightly recently.

After applying the hair mask (which is a deep bluish shade), we left it on for 5 minutes as the directions state. And unfortunately I did see to much of a tonal change.

This may be good for someone with very little warmth to cancel out. Definitely not to be used instead of a traditional toner.

As for the "mask" aspect, her hair felt fine afterwards. Not heavy or greasy feeling. But also not particularly smooth or hydrated either.

Overall I thought the product was just ok. I'll try it a few more times if the situation arises but as of now, not overly impressed.

Not for me

I actually received it early last week. I have used it 3 times - I honestly do not care for the product. Felt like it made my hair look gray instead of boosting my blonde. I also needed to use my regular conditioner after - my hair was not soft. I appreciate you allowing me to use the product.
