Redken Control Hairspray

I love this product but…

I love this product but… this is one of the best hair sprays out there! The only thing that I don't love about it is the increase in price! It's quite pricey already but the latest increase was a bit much for me. I understand how/why prices have gone up but this is making me want to look for a different one to use.

Staying Power!

I have very fine hair straight, limp and most hairsprays are not powerful enough to hold a style. Not this one! I had my hair styled with soft waves for a wedding. I used this spray pretty generously and my style held up extremely well in the heat and humidity. Nice scent but too strong. Great product!

Great hold

My HG changed formula so went on search for new product. This has a very strong hold which I love. I use this to set style after teasing crown for volume and use lighter hold hairspray for length of hair to hold curl. Just know it is a strong non movement hold May not be for everyone, but it's my new HG.

Awesome

Personally, finding a good hairspray is so hard to find since there's a lot of factors that I have to consider. This particular product ticks off all the boxes. Smells good, has a strong holding power, doesn't leave traces of powdery stuff, hair is still manageable and doesn't look like wire. Definitely loving this!

Strong hairspray!

Redken Control Addict High Hold Hairspray is an extra strong hold anti-humidity hairspray that holds hair in place all day without residue or flaking. I wear my hair up at work, and it controls those annoying flyaways without making my hair look sticky or stiff. The scent is a bit more fragrant than my personal preference, but not overpowering as long as I use it sparingly.

Nice up-do spray

I have thin, fine hair that struggles to hold any kind of style so naturally, I lean towards hair sprays on the "intense" side of the spectrum. This spray worked decently, but I wouldn't say its strength is as high as the name suggests... Most of my curls loosened up after several hours. I do like that it was easily brushable, though.

I don't have much to say great or bad. The smell was great, but hold was subpar. Depends on how busy of a lifestyle you have. Was great hold if you aren't active or have a desk job. If you plan to go dancing, or sit on sidelines watching a soccer game, try another product. Hair curls did not last with spray.

Holds well

Normally with how thin and straight my hair is curls never stay well even though I always use hairspray. This Redken Control Addict hairspray really held my curls in place for a photoshoot! I was very impressed and even the photographer was blown away my how my curls looked.

The can is easy to hold, and sprays well from all angles which is especially helpful!

The button is easy to push down but not in a way that would be too easy.

The hairspray lasted me a very long time while I wore it. I would say about 24 hours (then I took a shower).

It washed out well and my hair felt great afterwards.

Over all I really liked this hairspray and would recommend it to others!

Perfect Hairspray for Frizzy Hair

This hairspray works perfectly for my frizzy hair! I spray it on before I straightened it and I no longer have little hairs sticking up everywhere. It covers great with the spray. I also like that the nozzle does not get clogged like other aerosol cans I have used in the past. Lasts all day long too-even in my active job.

The GOAT!

To start with facts- This hairspray is the absolute BEST and the only hairspray I will buy! I have always been a fan of Redkin products, but this may be my favorite hair product ever!

I love the large can! Even with daily use (plus my daughter using it too!) the large can lasts me a few months. The nozzle produces such a fine mist/spray that product isn't wasted at all. The fine mist dries quick and helps the style set fast. It is also very easy to get it right where you want it and not where you dont. The scent isn't overpowering, rather it is quite light and fresh.

I have A LOT of fine hair. It is heavy and it breaks easily. This spray easily tames my fly always so I'm not walking around looking like a Fraggle (Remember the crazy hair they had?) A fine mist of this to finish my style and my hair is smooth and steady. A quick once over with a brush, and my hair is soft and still has great movement. This is EXCELLENT for providing volume in my lifeless hair too! I also am obsessed with this spray when I need a clean and polished look that I know isn't going anywhere, but doesn't look like a helmet! The formula really keeps everything in place.

I really do love this for daily use because it helps me achieve any look that I'm going for, but im also obsessed because this doesn't leave my hair brittle or damaged. It washes out well with normal shampoo and doesn't leave a build up or residue behind.

This is the gold standard for all hairspray! My hair looks and feels amazing, and I don't feel guilty about using this every day. This is the best formula ever and the greatest of all time! I HIGHLY recommend this product!
