Didn't do anything for me
I bought this along with the whole line of bleach recovery and I felt none of the products truly helped. All soft mega is 10x preferable but now with the acidic bonding line, that one is 1000x better. My hair is truly healthier than ever.

Made me itch
I was so hopeful for this product to work well as Ive heard amazing things about it. I have been bleaching my hair for a long time and wanted this to work for me. Unfortunately I had a reaction and developed hives and redness everywhere the product touched my skin.
a public service announcement - don't waste your money
I went to the YouTube School of Cosmetology last summer because it seemed like going platinum would be a great way to conceal my grey (I'd been dying my hair brown too long and my temples always grew out too fast and gave me away - plus I looked like a shady politician.) Needless to say, I fried my hair. So, after more internet research I found this Redken line that seemed like the perfect salvation. I masked up and went to my local store week after week (it was an excuse to get out of the house) but the store was always sold out - I took that to be a great sign (woo! this stuff is awesome! it's flying off the shelves!). I bought the shampoo, the lamellar fluid, and the cica cream on March 18 and have followed the directions to the letter with every use. I AM ABOUT THE THROW IT ALL IN THE GARBAGE. My hair looks and feels WORSE after each use (that's1-2x a week for a total of 5-6x). I thought maybe improvement in my hair required a cumulative effect - I didn't expect miracles after one or two uses. Now I'm convinced that I've actually set my hair recovery backwards.
