This product is not right for my Hair

My hair is very highly highlighted & this product is thick making it hard to distribute through my hair, so I probably used more than I would like. I need to use a rinse out conditioner rather than a leave in. That works better for me.

Cannot use as leave in, too heavy

I bleach my hair about every 2 months because I keep purple hair and this line of products works ok. I did notice some drying even though this line is recommended for bleached hair and reducing damage. Maybe it would be better for someone who didn't bleach their whole head of hair and just highlighted? I'm not sure. I can't use this as a leave in treatment as it's too heavy for my hair so I just used it as a conditioner and left in for a couple minutes and washed out.

Smells Good

I like the smell of this Redken Extreme Bleach Recovery Shampoo, Lamellar Water, & Leave In Treatment for Bleached Damaged Hair. I treat it like a traditional conditioner though and rinse after use. I don't think it leaves my hair as soft as the Shampoo though.

The thing with this, is that it's a treatment like olaplex. You can't use it often or your hair WILL get brittle. Once a month for those with more processed damaged hair. Once every 2 months or so for those with not that much damage.

worse after use

For starters I research like crazy before I buy. going off others I got this stuff. feels like nothing which I guess is ok. (no weight) has very slight scent which surprised me from other reviews. didn't detangle, soften, or smooth wet hair. after air dry and then tried blow drying my hair, it felt like straw. couldn't even brush it without frizz. my ends are worse then ever. big no. waste of money.

Okay , needs tweaked

I like thst it is designed for I r those that highlight or color their hair . This makes my hair soft. One thing bad is that it left behind a residue as it us very hard to wash out even though I rinse it awhile. I only use stuff like this 3 days a week. I also do nit like that it has ingredients that I do not like or know what they are. I like more natural and understanding what the ingredients are.

Not all that impressed

This is a "leave in" cream that's supposed to be applied to damp hair. Unfortunately, after I liked the shampoo so much, I was surprised to find that I really didn't like the "slimy" feel this stuff left in my hair once it dried. Especially considering the shampoo had such a noticeable impact even after just a few short weeks, it was kind of a bummer finding that my hair is better off *without* this product than with it.

Like

A little goes a long way. I like it for taming some of my frizzy parts. I love the way my hair looks right after I use this product...however I did notice later in the day my hair felt oily and a bit weighed down.

its not great but not terrible

hairtype: curly fine bleached with about an inch of damage. this is a glorified leave in conditioner. it did nothing to prevent breakage, it did make my hair soft. it kept some frizz down but I did pair it with a hair serum so not super impressed. I will not buy again, its sorta like a hoax. honestly just get something else. it smells good though...

Not for me

This leave in conditioner goes on light, but still really weighed my hair down. I have naturally straight hair, and while blowdrying I can usually get a little volume. With this product in my hair, I had absolutely no volume and my hair laid right against my head. This product does have a nice scent.

Ok product, packing needs work

The Recovery Cica Cream works ok if you figure out the right amount to use. I had to figure out just how much worked on my hair. It smells very nice.

Packaging - tiny white text on light blue background just doesn't work. I can't read it. Even blowing it up on my phone camera I had trouble reading it.

Your average leave in conditioner

Everything in this line smells amazing. Hands down one of the best hair scents ever, and its very long-lasting throughout the day. However, in terms of results, this is just your average leave in conditioner. I can find something similar for significantly less. If you are looking for a great smelling product, look no further but if you're looking for results, you may want to reconsider.
