Redken Travel Size Extreme Length Conditioner

Did not work for me

I switched from Redkin Allsoft with hopes it'd be more nourishing since it's supposed to support hair growth but it did the opposite. This conditioner made my hair so incredibly brittle and dry while using it. Somehow it made tangled hair HARDER to brush out in the shower. Switched back to Allsoft to see if it was in my head and my hair went back to feeling soft and easy to brush out in the shower.

Makes hair dry, rough and tangled

I really don't like this sealer or the conditioner. I did not try the shampoo. Both the conditioner and the sealer make my hair feel tacky, rough and dirty. I have naturally curly hair that is highlighted. I returned both items. I like Redken All Soft Mega much more as I need the softening that the All Soft line provides.

It works

I have the type of hair that grows soooo slowly. I also dye my hair too often (it's a bad habit I'm trying to break from) so my hair is brittle. I started using this line and my hair feels healthier and I feel it is growing fast! I have recommended this to several friends already! It is worth trying.

My new go to

So, I have used so many defrizz or smooth products so I don't get frizzy hair after my shower. Even though this isn't for frizzy hair, it's made the most difference. My hair is practically smooth, no out of place hair frizzying around d me. Also, this is the first time I didn't have to use 2x the product as shampoo. This conditioner just smooths through my hair. I've only used it a few times, so don't know if it actually does any kind of lengthing, but the other perks would have me buying it either way.

One of the WORST conditioners

I'm really only giving 2 stars because the product smells nice. I have thin, fine hair that's mid back length. The conditioner didn't feel moisturizing when I applied it, almost feeling thick and tacky. I let it sit for at least 3 minutes. Washed it out. After towel drying, it was difficult to brush out considering I generously used the conditioner. I applied my usual thermal spray and blow dried. My hair was getting tangled as I blow dried. After it was completely dry I couldn't run my hands through my hair without pieces catching somewhere. Even some breakage. Overall my hair felt dry and dull. It didn't help with frizz or static. It was so bad I actually went back and rewashed my hair and used the product I was previously using. I have had good luck with Redkin products in the past and this was by far one of the worst I've ever tried especially for the price. Heck even Sauve conditioner did a better job.

Wouldn't recommend

I was super excited about trying this product since I had heard such good things about redken. I bought the whole line- shampoo, conditioner, and the leave in. It made me hair so dry and frizzy. It smells amazing but did absolutely nothing for me, if anything it made my hair worse :( I would not recommend at all. However, the leave in is suppose to help w split ends and I have seen a difference there. I'll use the rest of it but will not buy again

The perfect conditioner. No

The perfect conditioner. No build up, light scent, don't weigh down my hair. My curls are in place and split ends are gone. After a continuous use of 6 weeks my hair has grown about and inch and I don't see the annoying short single hairs around my head anymore. I will buy it again in a heartbeat! Extreme hair loss and shedding

I have only used this product about 3-4 times and I've been experiencing severe hair loss in the shower and shedding throughout the day. Anytime I touch my hair or lightly comb it so much has been falling out. I have fine, shoulder length, wavy hair, so maybe this would work better for someone with thick hair. But reading the other reviews hair loss seems to be a common concern. I stopped using this and returned to my normal shampoo and conditioner and I have noticed significantly less hair loss and shedding.

Effective

I didn't expect it to actually work so fast, but I really did notice changes in my hair after just one use. I've always struggled with fine and thin hair, and using this conditioner just one time has made my hair feel significantly thicker. Time will tell if it helps with length, but so far it seems very promising and had instantaneous effects that I've never experienced with any other product.

Loving Tbis Conditioner

Redken Extreme Length Conditioner moisturizes my hair and has a nice, light refreshing scent. After using this conditioner for over a month I have seen and felt noticeable positive results. My hair is much softer, more manageable and looks healthy.

I have also had less breakage and my hair feels stronger. I have learned that a little of this conditioner goes a long way so there's no need to use an excessive amount. I am very impressed with this line of products from Redken and would definitely buy them again in the future.
