Bring back the original creamy cleanser
Not like the original creamy cleanser that made my 70th skin hydrated. This new one dried my skin and I stopped using it after one time. Until I find something as good as your original cleanser I will use Neutrogena cleanser. Please bring back the milky gentle cleanser.

I bought this because I couldn't get Creamy Cleansing Emulsion. Don't like it At All. It is drying rather than moisturizing., I bought Creamy Cleansing Emulsion for many years, and this stuff is not even in the same universe.

Amount of product in container?!
I purchased this cleansing milk a few days ago for the first time ever. I noticed that the bottle, which is not see through, is not full but it has only about three quarters of the cleansing milk in it. I've been using the softener for quite some time now and the bottles are full all the way to the top. The softener bottles are see through. Is the reason for the bottle being opaque you don't have to fill it to the top?

This cleanser does not dry my skin as much as the clarifying foaming cleanser for all skin types. Has a very light fragrance which is nice for people like me who are sensitive to strong scents. It doesn't feel as nice on the skin during the cleansing process as the discontinued Benefiance Extra Creamy Cleansing Foam, but it is a decent substitute.

I love this face wash for dry skin it cleans my skin and makes it soft at the same time, I use this brand in my skincare and makeup but I've never used this face wash, I love it doesn't dry my skin out puts moisture back in.

I really like this cleanser. Leaves no residue and takes off all my makeup and sunscreen. I did not like the Benefiance cleanser (that everyone else seemed to love) at all as no matter how much I rinsed the cleanser it left a film which eventually clogged my pores. This cleanser in my opinion is a huge improvement and I love that it foams. I also love the new softener for dry skin and couldn't use even the non enriched Bio Performance softener without getting clogged pores. Shiseido is doing something right. Now if they could bring back the original formula of the Benefiance eye cream I'd be really happy.

How To Use
Pump once into the palm of hand. Add small amounts of cold or lukewarm water to lather well and cleanse the skin. Rinse gently. Can be used daily, morning and night. Can be followed with a Shiseido softener.
