My skin was like a desert

So I really wanted to love this...

The smell was subtle buy extremely pleasant, the scrub was gritty enough to do its work but not feel like sandpaper, and the best part was that it left no residue behind. You know when you use other products its like you have oil on your skin, the water beads, and your afraid to touch anything because you might leave an oil stain....not here.

Well, now I know why those other companies do that, within just a few minutes from exiting the shower my skin felt like it had spent a week in the desert. It was so dry it was actually painful. I didnt have time to put on lotion right away and I could feel it. Once I lathered up it felt better but it was extremely uncomfortable. If you are a person who doesnt always have time or forgets to lotion let me say it again - painful. If you are a avid lotioner then this might not effect you so give it a try. Everything else about it was a win.

Great Exfoliating Scrub but Smells Slightly Off

I really enjoyed using this product to help better exfoliate my skin. I thought the packaging was great, however, the lid is extremely hard to open. My skin felt softer after using this scrub for the first time, but it does not smell like coconut, vanilla, or green apple. The smell is similar to that of ground pepper. Additionally, the texture feels like sticky slime rather than a body scrub.

Not Enough Buff

I was hoping that this scrub was going to have some good grit to it to scrub my skin before I shave but it didn't. This is more of like a soft scrub for your skin like for after you have or just a daily scrub. The scent of this scrub is omg amazing and I would love it as a lotion. I just can't get over the fact that it isn't a scrub at all.

Smells good

It left my skin really dry but did take off the dead skin, it lathers a little like soap in the shower. My skin felt soft. My skin is always dry, so when my skin dried instead of it being in random places the white dryness it was all at once!!! It smells amazing. But there's no moisturizer in it to help keep the skin from getting dry

Smells good

Not the best body scrub I've used but I do like it. It reminds me more of a body wash with scrub in it. it lathers pretty well, only need a small amount. The scrub feels like glue or slim while in the container but once it's on, it does not. If you're look for a body wash I'd encourage this, it's more of a body wash than a body scrub!

Not as moisturizing as I'd hoped

This scrub is scrubbier than expected — very fine, quite nice — but it doesn't moisturize as much as I'd hoped. The smell is nice, like a light piña colada scent. The texture is gel-like and kind of messy in its tub. If you're looking for the best S&G scrub, The Breakfast Scrub is hard to beat!

Not the best

I was super excited to get this and try it. I've gone through about half of the tub, but I'm not thrilled with the product. Smells amazing in the container but as soon as you use it the smell disappears. Also not very exfoliating at all. Really have to scrub this one in to even get a lather up otherwise it just slides right off your body.

Smells amazing but a little low on scrubbies

I found this body scrub to smell amazing, it has a very lovely coconut scent that smells realistic and premium. The scrub is easy to grab with my hands and lathers up well when wet. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt the scrubbing coconut shell was a little sparse so it took large amounts in order to exfoliate well. Other than that, it is a great smelling product that left my body feeling clean and soft.

Good product bad packaging

I love Soap & Glory products and use many. I was excited to try this as I currently use the body scrub in a bottle. I used a body glove to apply this product. The product itself works great and did help my skin, the packaging is the issue. This isn't a thick product so attempts to scoop it out were made difficult because I was trying to not spill any. I'm going to see if I can find some sort of bottle to pour it into to make ease of use better.

Soft scrub

Some spilled out when I opened it-I guess I was expecting more resistance/a cover inside. It feels nice when I'm using it, but after it washes off, I don't really feel a difference. I'm not loving the scent-I was expecting a strong coconut scent and this is more chemically.
