Fine lines with a bit of glam
The smaller felt tip makes it easy to create a nice fine line. Good staying power, too. The shimmer imparts a bit of understated glam as well.

A Great Eyeliner
This is the most precise eyeliner I've ever used. Like all Stila All Day Waterproof liners, it is truly long-lasting and resistant to smudging.I love the brush tip (pencils don't work for me at all). I tried a variety of cheaper liquid eyeliners and found that they just didn't work nearly as well.
Mine is not waterproot
I was super excited to try the still out as I was searching for a fine tip to apply the most delicate of cat eyes that reach into the inner corner of my eye. While I absolutely love how the liner handles, the intense black color, and the smooth application, my liner is in no way waterproof, smearproof, or tear-proof. I have hooded eyes and so when I look down and/or blink my eyeliner will top the top of my crease line, which now has a smear of grey. Also, I have sensitive eyes to the cold which causes them to often tear up when the wind hits them. Today it was not even bitter cold (27) and I was left with an elongated smear on the inner corner and the cat-eye trail of my eye. It is frustrating to me as I was heading into the office for an interview rather than my stay-at-home normal lifestyle where this wouldn't have occurred. In all, I am very disappointed that their -proof claim was not able to hold up to its claims. Purchased at Ulta beauty in Monroeville, PA

How To Use
Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.
