Loved the women's multivitamin!
I loved the pink womens multivitamins that came in this pack! The blue hair vitamins were okay I didn't feel like they did much for me tho.

I love these gummies they are so good for your hair skin nails. They are so yummy so fruity also the vitamins are good for you both to get her yes I would recamend them and keep buying them.

I just switched over to this product and I have more energy and looks like less hair fall out during shampooing. hopefully my hair grows back quick too! Not only do they taste amazing but even my hair stylist noticed how much my hair had grown. I have very thin hair too. I can't said it gave me that much thicker but it definitely helped it grow longer faster.
horrible cystic acne!
Never in my life has my skin suffered such bad cystic and as it did after using these gummies. my hair was looking ok but my skin suffered Idk why???? i wish I had never taken these.

I take both of them in the mornings! I LOVE them! They taste amazing and are making my skin and hair so soft and I have noticed having a tad bit more energy!
1 MONTH UPDATE
I see a visible difference in my hairs length. It used to be at my bra strap and now it's passed it. My hair also looks thicker especially when I braid it. Also my hair has less breakage and is shiny:) I also didn't break out while taking it. I know some people might of had that problem.

I used to struggle with my sleep and taking any kind of vitamins. Ever since I started taking these supplements my I wake up every morning well rested. I have a better nights sleep with these sleeping vitamins and the multi vitamins provide all that I need. They are the best. I would recommend these for anyone who is having trouble sleeping.
