Added artificial dyes to their vitamins!!

When I got my new bottle in my order I noticed they were more blue than usual so I looked at ingredients and now they added blue 1 to their ingredients and I feel this has ruined their claim to clean ingredients and no artificial stuff! I have noticed that trying to stay away from artificial colors and dyes has helped me attention span wise and when I do happen to eat something with artificial dyes my ADHD becomes worse so just letting you all know! Now they put artificial dyes in their product!!!

Cystic Acne

I bought these and didn't notice too much difference in my hair as I only took one bottle. I did however notice my nails were very strong and growing like crazy. I can't take these again though because my face broke out in the worst acne I've never had in my life. I was literally crying every morning when I woke up and looked at my skin. It took awhile to figure out the culprit and I ended up going to the dermatologist and getting out on medication from it. If you are prone to break outs I would not recommend this. What it did to my confidence I don't wish on anyone. I heard silica is a great alternative for acne prone people to grow strong hair and nails.

Tastes great, causes major breakouts. FAST.

Makes your face break out. Don't do it. For the price point it's not even worth it. I read the reviews knowing It could cause a breakout. Having had clear skin my whole life (I'm 24) I never imagined a gummy bear could make me break out all over. I got the pimples under control but STILL. not worth it. At this point I've come to the realization that I will just stick to using hair friendly products, maintain a healthy diet, occasional hair mask and scalp massage and take Omega-3 fish oil instead. Would be better off for your hair skin and nail needs. Sugar bear disappointed to say the least.

Hair gummies caused acne

I looked into these because I frequently play with my hair and have noticed it thinning. I read some reviews about these gummies possibly causing acne, but decided to take the chance anyway. I made the choice to take half the daily dose (1 gummy) to gauge whether or not I would suffer from any side effects and after a week at 1 gummy/day, I started to break out on my chin. I kept taking them for another week and more pimples have shown up around my hairline, on my cheeks and more on my chin. I decided to discontinue use int the hopes my skin will return to normal. My hair was shinier a week after use, but that's the only positive I've noticed.

I would never buy this product again

I purchased the vitamins that last about a month. I followed the directions and was constant and took 2 vitamins EVERY morning.

It DID help and my hair grew fast! I received many compliments on how fast my hair was growing.

BUT my skin was never oily, dry, and I never really broke out as much. Until I used these vitamins. Now my face is oily & and I had a break out. My dermatologist mentioned to me that she had a lot of clients tell her the vitamins caused this.

I THOUGHT "okay i'll Stop taking the vitamins and my skin will go back to normal" and I was WRONG.

This Product works! But I rather wait for my hair to grow than for me to ruin my skin.

CAUSES ACNE!

I purchased two bottles of these vitamins in hopes that my hair would grow faster and stronger. I finished the whole first bottle and did not see any noticeable difference in my hair or nails, as some reviews stated.

Although the vitamins did taste great, they resulted in HORRIBLE acne. I couldn't figure out why my skin had been breaking out so much in the past month but, after some research, I found that these vitamins (which have a lot of folic acid) can cause flare-ups for acne-prone skin. I returned the second bottle unopened and now must wait until my skin clears back up.

Breakout :(

I usually take natures bounty hair, skin and nails vitamin. But I wanted to try out sugar bear hair vitamins due to reading a lot of positive reviews. Unfortunately I broke out, my face was a mess, I'm 26 and I didn't even breakout like this when I was in high school, I have acne all over my face. So if you have acne prone skin I don't recommended it, unless you want to try it out. I tried it for 2 months thinking it was just my hormones, but I had to stop my face kept getting worse.

My only positive comment is they taste good.
