Noticeable Difference
I'm normally pretty skeptical on supplements but I thought I would give these a try. First off, they taste great. I did notice feeling a little nauseated if I took them on an empty stomach occasionally but overall I didn't have any other issues. I took them in the morning every day with my skin care routine. I've just finished my first month and will be repurchasing. I have noticed some visible improvements in my skin and I have even noticed less hair loss in my shower! I can't wait to try other products from this brand.

They're almost worth it just for the taste alone 😂 They taste amazing. Can't say I've seen a difference yet though (but it's only been a month of using)
