I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM

These vitamins are terrible. since I've been taking them I have had very lucid dreams. Horrible nightmares. I do not recommend them and TMI but they have given me terrible constipation. I showed them to my doctor and she said that these are not good vitamins the ingredients are bad, too much sugar in them. Just buy regular melatonin and save your money.

I will not buy this product again.

I bought these gummy because i heard they were good, so when i took my first 2 i was waking up all night and in the morning i was not able to wale up i was so sleep and made me so drowsy and nauseous.

Overpriced candy.

These are so overpriced when you can go get something that actually works at any drugstore. I took first dose at 11pm..... was wide awake so I took another one at 1:30am..... still nothing just laying in bed awake. So a THIRD reluctantly at 3:30am and I finally fell asleep at 4:15. Probably could have done that on my own and saved myself the ridiculous price tag. I rarely have trouble sleeping but sometimes I have lately. These are tasty if that's what your into but didn't do anything for me.

Trash.

These do not work. They gave me an atrocious headache and did not help me fall asleep at all. Stick with CBD. That tends to work better and also doesn't give you a killer headache. I literally woke up this morning feeling like I've been run over by a dump truck. Ugh.

Nope!

After reading such good reviews before ordering, I had high hopes. After trying for several night now, and reading new reviews, I can say these are a total waste of money. I felt kinda weird the first night taking but it did pass.

They did not help with sleep at all!

Wanted to like these

I really wanted to like these because I do love the Sugar Bear Hair, Hair Vitamins and I do think they really work. HOWEVER - these sleep vitamins did nothing for me, didn't help me sleep and every time I tried them I woke up with a headache - and no one wants to wake up that way! Will be returning!

Caused horrible headaches and doesn't work

Save your money and buy straight melatonin. I woke up with pounding headaches everyday I took these. They don't even work, I still laid in bed for hours trying to sleep. Do yourself a favor and avoid these.
