Didn't work for me
I really wanted these to work. I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. I will say that it did get me to sleep within 30 min, but I woke up every single hour, which was way more than normal. I did have a slight headache, and when I actually had to wake up for the day I was not rested at all and I was SO tired. Sorry but I'll have to return these.
Delicious, but Didn't Work
I absolutely love Sugar Bear Hair vitamins as they have been very effective and have actually worked for me, so I was also expecting good things from these sleep vitamins. They smell absolutely amazing and taste delicious, but they did not have any affect on me. I like to try different brands of Melatonin to help me sleep, and unfortunately, these just weren't it. I went through the entire bottle, but I will not be purchasing any more of these sleep vitamins.
Not worth your money
I love their hair vitamins but these sleep vitamins are whack. I two gummies at 9pm and still went to bed around 11pm. Woke up and was feeling drowsy for half of the day. I couldn't even concentrate at work because I was so off.
The cons outweigh the pros
I received a 5 day sample of this product when I bought a bottle of SugarBearHair vitamins. I took it for all 5 days. While it did help me fall asleep fast and stay asleep, I woke up each morning with a raging headache that would not go away even with ample amounts of water and ibuprofen. As soon as I finished the vitamins, the headaches stopped. Honestly, not worth the pain.
