I thought since this had a minimal amount of biotin that I would not break out. I've been taking these for a couple months and my skin has definitely gotten worse. I'm going to try something without biotin & sugar. I saw a comment below mentioning taking prenatal vitamins for positive effects. Please don't do this unless you're pregnant. Prenatal vitamins have high quantities of certain vitamins since a fetus is taking nutrients from its mother. You can get really sick/ a vitamin overload if you're not pregnant.

Only 1 measly mg of omega 3. No vitamin A and a bad source of most vitamins. Only vitamin it has 100+% is D2,B6,B12. Tastes good. It does have a collagen booster blend.

I just wished they label was more accurate
