The waves I've always wanted - finally!

I have purchased and tried so many different hair tools to get loose waves and, until now, have been unsuccessful. I purchased the T3 Cascading Waves convertible barrel and finally had the opportunity to use it today, and I am so happy with the results. I have FINALLY FOUND IT! I have fine, blonde hair that doesn't curl or will easily "dent" from hot styling tools. No indents, perfect loose wave, and I can finally stop throwing money away trying to find THE ONE. I've found her!

Bouncy Healthy Waves & Curls

In love with this wand set… other than Bio Ionic this is my favorite wand/curling tool. Holds curls very well, and keeps hair looking shiny and healthy. Beautiful bouncy waves and curls, love!! I also purchased the cascading waves reversed tapered attachment, this is by far my favorite. I tend to lose curls at the top first, with this attachment the top curls are smaller and hold their shape much longer while the bottom is loose pretty curls. This is now my go to hot tool for gorgeous curls and waves.

It took me a hot min to figure out which way to hold it lol. But once I did it was so easy to use. My hair is long amd thick and this made gorgeous waves!!

Was skeptical at first, now it's a favorite!

Ok, so truth be told I thought there was no way this could produce a curl I'd be willing to wear since my mind had an image of the hair holding the shape of the barrel, and no thank you! BUT, I just needed to do my hair fast to demonstrate something and I grabbed this barrel and I fell in LOVE!! I have been trying to style my hair the way this barrel just does naturally with other wands for the perfect messy undone waves. I would have the hair looser at the bottom of a normal wand, or coil it tighter at different spots on the wand and looser down low and it would look close to what I want but I wasn't satisfied. Then I discovered this wand and realized I had the tool all along. I bought it like a year before I ever used it and just never got around to trying it. So if you are skeptical like I was give it a shot! Particularly if you don't want your hair to look like you used a waver, but for a "I just rolled out of bed and I'm gorgeous" look.

I feel like I found the holy grail for my hair! I'm embarrassed to share how many curling wands/irons I have tried for my hair. I have very fine soft hair but a LOT of it. My hair doesn't hold curl well and I have struggled between barrel sizes. This barrel design with tighter on top and looser on bottom seems to fit my hair length and texture perfectly.

Fun attachment for a different look!

This is a nice attachment. I am planning on returning it though because I like my straight rod attachment better. It seems like the hair just wants to slide down to the smaller diameter area and I fight with it a bit.

Amazing for thick hair!

Love it!! I have thick curly hair and I use it on my natural curls to loosen them. It's perfect because the end is wide, so it gives me loose beautiful waves.

Tip rest messes up curl, screws rip out hair

I like the curl ability of this wand. It seems cooler than it is and creates a strong curl. The problem with this wand and I'm guessing most t3s is that the rest on the tip doesn't glide smoothly out when you are sliding the hair off the barrel. It catches and messes up the curl. Why!? And the reverse taper is really prone to this since the top of the curl is narrower.

Also, about one hair per session is ripped out and sticks in the recessed screws on the barrel. Not happy about that! If they nixed the tip rest, it might be worth keeping.
