Meh
I was really excited to get this curling iron, but after trying it, the price doesn't justify the quality of curl. Really sad because it comes so highly recommended, but if you have thick hair, this ain't it, sis. Will be returning and and going for the GHD iron since it seems to work better for Middle Eastern hair.
It feels like I threw my money away....
I bought the convertible base about 6 months ago and it's already not working. It's very upsetting because I spent more money to get a "better quality" curling iron. I've used it 3 times and it no longer turns on.
Lock on Convertible Base does not work
The lock on the convertible base I received does not work. I am waiting for customer service to respond so that I can get a replacement. I really want to try the two curlers I bought. I will update my review once a replacement is received
