T3 Lucea 1'' Professional Straightening & Styling Flat Iron

T3 is the best!

I've been using T3 tools for about 2 years and I love them! I have 2 curling irons, hair dryer, brushes and I just bought the 1 inch flat iron. I love it! First off I love the look of everything T3! It's beautiful but more importantly the product I have WORK GREAT! My hubby bought me the Dyson hair dryer 4 months ago and I use my T3 way more. It's better! This new flat iron is the best one I have ever owned. I have long, wavy, thick hair and I section it off and run the iron through it one time and that's it! My hair is so shiny and straight. It heats up in seconds and has a very long cord. T3 is the best tools and believe me I have tried a lot of different brands over the years.

Not Built to Last

I just got this straightener about a month ago, and so far it's not as good as the prior T3 model I had from about 5 years ago. It doesn't go through my hair smoothly (pulls out hair), and it doesn't alway turn on when I press the power button. Sometimes it take 4-5 times for it to turn on, and I feared it had died the first time it happened. Overall, not thrilled with the new model and don't see it lasting more than a year.

Five Years Later Still Using!!!

I feel like the people who are leaving bad reviews, are those who aren't using the item well enough to it's best potential! I am mixed black and Asian, and using this flat iron you cannot tell that my natural hair is frizzy, coarse, and curly! I also have their curling irons and blow dryer! Love them.

Didn't love, and reviews seem swayed

Something about this flat iron seemed to make my hair more frizzy, so I ended up returning it. I tried to read the other reviews about it to compare thoughts, but sooo many reviews were only given in return for a free product, so it made it very hard to determine people's genuine opinions. Same for the curling iron. I wish the reviews were from people who paid for their product.

Accidentally keep turning it off.

I want to love it, but I keep accidentally turning it off when I'm using it, also when I'm trying to adjust the temperature. I wish it just had a normal temp dial so I could get it to the right temp. I love the texture or "feel" of it going through the hair. I'm a professional so I've already tried it on several clients' hair and I like the results and like how it makes flips or curls with ease.

I just the LUCEA flat iron ! I'm a hairstylist so im always researching and finding tools that help me get the job done quicker ! It's glides down the hair smoothly easy to hold and it curls beautifully! My clients always love their hair after I use the LUCEA flat iron !!

Go to flat iron!

My last flat iron I had for 5 years and so I did research before switching. I have medium thickness of hair and average density of hair, and I've had no issues with this flat iron. Also the shape is really nice for slight curls or waves. Also hair doesn't get stuck in between the plates!

Great Product!

I purchased this about a month ago and used it daily and have tried many of the settings for straightening and curling my hair and I have had no issues at all. My hair glides right through the plates and the shape of the device makes beautiful curls. My hair feels so soft and healthy after use. The settings and functions take some getting used to, but I read the instructions, watched the videos and I was good to go after about 10 min of playing around with it. Now I can just quickly turn it on and go. I've read reviews about the paint chipping, I haven't experienced that but will update if I do.

The best straightener, worth every single penny!

This is hands down the best straightener ever! The floating plates make it so there are no snags. It glides effortlessly through the hair. Heats up quick, has a convenient heat setting guide, a long swivel cord, and is all around a very beautiful product. I have loved T3 straighteners for almost 20 years now. I got my first one when I was a teenager and had it for 10 years. Someone stepped on it and broke it. I had been struggling to find one of similar caliber for the last 10 years. I owned a Nume which was no where near the quality. It actually started to ruin my hair. I'm so glad I invested in a new T3. I know I will have this for years to come.

Straightens good but DAMAGES hair

This straightens my hair well, but it's damaging my hair. I'm having extreme breakage. Even with it being on a low setting and using heat protectants.

A few other reviewers stated that it was breaking their hair off- I figured I'd give it a try anyways but I should've listened to the others.

The amount of breakage I'm having is extreme!

My hair is pretty much to the middle of my back (I'm 5'2) and I have strands/sections/small chunks that are broken off near the top; that are only about 5 inches long.. I didn't realize how bad it was until I had a hair appointment and then we were finding multiple places my hair had been broken off.

My hair not fried or damaged. I have healthy hair and rarely get it colored- so it's not due to that- I know that for sure.

As soon as I started using this straightener I noticed minimal breakage with my bangs- I turned the temp wayyyyy down and added an additional hair product. Because of how much hair I have I didn't realize how bad the breakage was until we started combing through my hair at my hair appointment.

The majority of the major breakage is at the top of my head- the crown area.

It doesn't rip or snag my hair as I pass through- so it's also not because of that.

I'm past the return time period- so I'm now stuck with this expensive device that I'll no longer be using. While also being out additional money purchasing a new one that doesn't break my hair off.

I have thick long hair. Be cautious if purchasing this or when using it!

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend.
