I think CHI is the gold standard in straighteners. I have another brand and it works ok, but I only bought it because it was longer than the standard CHI. However, it doesn't seem to get as hot. I fell for the adorable print on this one and love that it goes up to 450 degrees. I use it to curl/style my fine, straight hair not for straightening and it does a fantastic job!

I love it! I was able to grab the last one on sale in my store and I'm so happy I did. I use it mostly for my wigs and they're bone straight. It heats up fast and it doesn't give them a burnt smell. I'm getting one for my daughter too

I am blown away at how much better this tool was than my chi straightener. I am older 50+ and have long hair, color treated and need to protect it. my previous straightener required multiple passes and would not last days. I am on day 5 and my hair looks like the day I washed, dried and used the tool. this straightener requires less passes on your hair and I was shocked at how quickly it was done. I was super hesitant to spend the money but now so glad I did!!
