Spend your money on a different flatiron.

I have fine wavy hair with some curls and it takes a few passes to get my hair straight. What I dislike about this the most is that my hair is never smooth or shiny. My hair stays very frizzy especially once I go outside in this Florida heat. My hair poofs right up and looks terrible and unkept when I use this flat iron. Such a waste of money.

Stopped working in less than a year

I bought this straightener in August 2023. Less than a year later it will not turn on all of the sudden. Submitted a warranty claim where it states they will get back to you in two business days. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing from them.

I ordered a flat iron received it and within two weeks it did not work. I contacted customer service that was in December. I am still dealing with them trying to get a replacement. I do not recommend their products. It is noted during purchase there is a warranty on the product. They make it impossible to use it. I have other products from them that I have enjoyed, but will never purchase from them again. There are too many other companies that sell compatible products at the same price That can be bought local

Busy mom

I love that I can use bigger sections and my hair feels softer. My hair is thick and wavy, with my old flat iron I would have to give it at least 5 passes before it was straight. With this flat iron at the right temperature for my hair, one to two passes and I can move on. It really is a great iron. Highly recommend for anyone who needs to save some time in their daily routine. I have 2 under 2 and this helps me in my daily routine.

BUY IT

I am not someone that leaves reviews unless i feel absolutely inclined too. Buy this flat iron. As someone whose been straightening my hair for 15+ years. I have owened everything from Revlon, Chi, Baby Bliss pro. This is by far the best iron i have ever used, i noticed a difference instantly. Cuts down on frizz and static, can finish my entire head in 15 minutes or less. Best beauty purchase i have made in a long time.

Salons straight hair in 10 minutes

This hair straightener is amazing. It states one pass straightening and that is a fact. I have coarse curly hair and I have never found a straightener that could make it salon straight until this one. It takes 10 mins to straighten my hair. Best purchase ever.

Love my T3

I'm glad this one is wider, wish it was even wider because I have a ton of thick hair. I bought this because my previous T3 flat iron was going out. I had it forever though, lasted way longer than all the CHIs I had. Hope this one lasts just as long!

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Experienced

This flat iron worked great…for all of 4 months. Its stopped turning on and I can't seem to get in touch with the company for a warrantable replacement. There are much better and more reliable options for much less. Look elsewhere!

Great hair tool

This is a great tool. Its easy to straighten or add a little curl to my hair. My hair is less frizzy since using this! A little challenging to figure out the heat settings initially but I like that you are able to adjust the heat.

I LOVE this Flat Iron!!!

I bought this Flat Iron less than a year ago.. I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It's The Best Flat Iron I've ever owned.. One pass does the job.. My hair is left so silky and smooth after each use!!! The price is totally worth paying for this product!!!

However, just this week, it has stopped working.. It won't power ON anymore...I've had to go back to my old Flat Iron (Different Brand i.e BaByliss...) and my hair is NOT liking it..

I'm Just curious if this is normal for this model??

Good but NOT cheap

Bought a couple of months ago - Like the different heat settings and it does make my hair straight and smooth. It is a little on the heavier size and the clamping takes a little more of a squeeze (so my hand gets a little tired after a few minutes of use) but to be expected for a straightening iron. One less star is because of the cost. Hindsight being 20/20, on the fence to spend as much as I did.

I have waist length very wavy/curly hair and i adore this tool! I was holding off buying it for so long and im glad I finally did! It really is a "one pass" straightener. It curls the ends beautifully when I want to. So sleek and no frizz. It also doesn't pull my ends and hurt like others have in the past! Buy it!!

T3 Lucea 1.5

Already own the T3 Singlepass and was very happy with it. However, my hair is now long so I purchased the T3 Lucea 1.5. It heats up very quickly and does an excellent job straightening my wavy hair. The reason I gave it a 4 star rating was the placement of the on/off switch. I find I accidentally turn it off when using. The switch is located on the outside of the handle. The switch on the Singlepass is located on the plate side of the flat iron.

it was a good straightener!

i bought my straightener a month ago and i turned it on this morning to straighten my hair and it only goes up to the 4th dot and isn't heating up as fast as it usually does. and all the dots no longer turn on! does anybody know why!?

i wanted to love it

i bought this straighter because it looked high end & thought it would work well. i've been a conair girly since 6th grade but wanted to treat myself. i love how i can add wave to my hair with this iron rather than just straightening it flat. i have very fine hair and the heat settings are great! however, i find that this straightener pulls A LOT, mostly towards the ends. i have to lighten my grip as i get further down to not break my hair off after every pass. definitely thought it would preform better for the price.

Awesome

Leaves my hair full of body! The style doesn't revert either. Even in high humidity that I live in Louisiana. I have fine curly hair. African/European/Indian I'm considered creole. A little moisture would cause any style to without hairspray to end lol! But not with this!

Works great for 3c/4a textured hair!

As stated in the title I have textured hair that's very course and thick. This flat iron exceeded my expectations and made my hair super silky, smooth, and straight without damaging it (I used setting/light 5). Had it over a month, in love with this iron!

Heats quickly but turns itself off while in use

Overall I like the T3 1.5" straightener. I am able to create waves as well as straighten my hair very quickly. It heats up very quickly as well. My main complaint is that it turns off repeatedly while I'm doing my hair. I can't tell if its because I'm accidentally hitting the button or if its just turning off? Either way, I've never had this issue with any other curling iron or straightener so it shouldn't be happening with this one.

Favorite Iron

The best iron for think long hair. The wide plates allow me to straighten or style in less than 10 minutes. I absolutely recommend. Only con is that it doesnt show the temperature on the iron. But it does come with a booklet explaining the heat settings and temp.

1.5" great for curly hair

I've had the T3 single pass 1" for years. It's been good but I didn't know what I was missing with the 1.5" until I purchased one for my daughter and tried hers. I have super curly (but not super thick just medium) hair that I never wear curly and it's a struggle! I blow dry with a round brush (with my T3 dryer) and the go over with my new 1.5" Lucea and it has made it so much easier and I can straighten larger sections at a time. I am a big fan!
