Stopped working in less than a year
I bought this straightener in August 2023. Less than a year later it will not turn on all of the sudden. Submitted a warranty claim where it states they will get back to you in two business days. It has been over a week and I have heard nothing from them.
Not like my other T3 that I had for five years
I just got this and it feels extremely cheap. I used to have Chi's all the time and in a short time they would break, or you could drop them one time and they would break. This feels the exact same. I will be returning and getting the more expensive one. I am not sure why this has so many good reviews. The button feels like cheap wobbly plastic. I wasn't even sure how to turn it off. I don't want to have to look at the instructions for how to properly turn it off. My other T3 made sound like angels singing when it came on and when it turned off. I pressed the off and on button as long as I did the other one I had but it did not turn off. I am trusting my instincts before it's too late to return.
