i wanted to love it
i bought this straighter because it looked high end & thought it would work well. i've been a conair girly since 6th grade but wanted to treat myself. i love how i can add wave to my hair with this iron rather than just straightening it flat. i have very fine hair and the heat settings are great! however, i find that this straightener pulls A LOT, mostly towards the ends. i have to lighten my grip as i get further down to not break my hair off after every pass. definitely thought it would preform better for the price.
Heats quickly but turns itself off while in use
Overall I like the T3 1.5" straightener. I am able to create waves as well as straighten my hair very quickly. It heats up very quickly as well. My main complaint is that it turns off repeatedly while I'm doing my hair. I can't tell if its because I'm accidentally hitting the button or if its just turning off? Either way, I've never had this issue with any other curling iron or straightener so it shouldn't be happening with this one.

I bought this for it's curved edges and for its good reviews. I wanted a straightener that was easy to curl my hair with, as I prefer that, and I wanted more loose curls, so I liked the idea of 1.5. The straightener itself is beautiful. I had high hopes. However, the handle is very bulky and hard to keep a grip on. My finger kept hitting the button to turn it off which is located on the handle in a weird location. The ends of my hair hardly curl with it. Just over all not impressed. Will be returning. This was the most I had ever paid for a flat iron and I think I will go back to using a cheaper one.
Nice straightener
This is a very nice straightener. It's a bit pricey but still nice. It has 9 settings, which I think is a great idea. Bc those settings are for different hair types. I have thin, medium length hair to my shoulders & even on the hottest setting, it was a little tough to straighten my hair. It does help your hair shine tho and leaves it feeling and looking lovely.
