I would not buy this product again

I have a long below the shoulder fine hair. I would not buy this curling iron again. I bought it based on the satisfaction with my T3 hairdryer I own. The iron on the lowest setting runs way to hot. I used a quality heat protectant. Rolling a few seconds max was to hot and would damage my hair significantly. I had to return.

Does not hold the curls

I was super excited to try it out, as Its a beautiful curling iron so Fancy and Elegant the cascade lights were just Amazing!! But the curls did not last I spent so much time curling my hair and in less than 5 minutes it looked like I had done nothing to it... I was very surprised to have experienced that being its such a wonderful Brand. I had to resort to using my old curling to get the Job done, I was So sad i at least wanted to feel Amazing on mother's day with nice beautiful shiny hair and it didn't happen with this curling iron.

Not worth the hype!

I was excited about this item because it was Pink! A nice pastel color pink, however, I did get fooled by these "bloggers" who get paid to endorse this product because it did nothing but make my hair smell burnt and straight. Yeah straight! Yet this is called a curling iron. Never have I had a cheap or expensive hair product make my smell terrible as burnt! My hair is wavy to curly texture and it made my hair straight! Even my mom was like "Oh! Did you straighten your hair today?!" And I was like NO! I actually curled it. My curls fell down as soon I went downstairs and only the bottom part stayed curled for a couple hours. The next day, literally looked like I had straightened my hair. Unbelievable! Wish this product worked for my curly hair but it didn't.

Really disappointed

I am really disappointed in this iron. I followed several tutorial videos and this iron does not keep my hair curly at all. I have very fine blonde hair but a lot of it and my hair will lose the curl so easily and It also creases so badly.

I really love the look of the iron but it just does not work for my hair at all.

I am on the left in the photo and you can tell it just looks really bad.

Caused breakage!!

I was on the lookout for a curling iron to create beachy waves on my almost shoulder length hair. Having used a straightener to achieve this look for years, I'd seen how curling irons just create a different type of curl and wanted to try one out. At first, I'd purchased a GHD wand that didn't work with my hair and the curls fell almost immediately.

After reading mixed reviews about this T3, I decided to try it for myself. I think I convinced myself to continue playing around with it about 5 different times before giving up. I couldn't get a nice curl in my hair and the clamp mark left behind was horrible. The final straw was when I'd curled the piece's framing my face. Both sides ended up with the worst crimped section mid strand. They felt wirey and dry. I washed my hair out that night Only to wake up the next day to find the strands on both sides had broken completely! It looks like I tried to give myself bangs or something!

I've read other reviews that had the same thing happen to them and was also told when I returned the item, that I was the second one to return in the last couple of days with that experience.

Why is this thing still being sold?

It may work wonders for some hair types; but I urge you to be cautious if you do buy or just skip this option completely! It's not worth damaging your hair :(

Curls Fell

I've been using the same cortex wand for 6+ years and my curls always hold for a few days with just a few touch ups needed. My hair is shorter now so I decided to try a regular curling iron with a clip to see if it would be easier for me. I tried using this product with the clip like a traditional curling iron and I also tried it like a wand, both times my curls fell out within a few hours! Highly disappointed considering so many great reviews and it seemed to be made well.

Legit the worst hair product ever

I've been using curling irons on my hair for years. Normally go with hot tools. But I seen so many people raving about this product and I loved how it seemed to glide right through the hair. It did glide which I did like it, but I started noticing my ends looking somewhat dead. I continued to use it trying it different ways because I've literally never had this happen to my hair. I know how to use a curling iron I haven't gone out of the house without my hair done in 15 years because I hate my natural hair. But it got worst and worst so quickly! The bottom 3 inches need to be chopped off and my hair is only shoulder length so it's a lot to cut. So disappointed in this curling iron, don't fall for it influencers get it for free and probably feel the need to say positive things. I'll continue using Hot tools

Not great

I wanted to love this curling iron as I've been using the same Conair since middle school. Nothing I've tried has been a better fit for me, but I was inspired when I used my sister's T3 wand. I just prefer the clamp and the pink was beautiful. It doesn't even seem like my sis's T3 wand and my pink single pass 1.25 curling iron are the same brand. The clamp tore my hair out, the curl lost its bounce almost immediately (def not single pass). The convertible wand curls are exponentially better than the pink 1.25. Honestly, I think the color, although gorg, plays a major role in its poor performance. Will be returning.

Overall disappointing for the cost

Overall I was very disappointed by this iron. My hair is naturally wavy, long, and thick (bra length) and can easily style it straight or curly with the right tools.

I was excited to upgrade my outdated Hot Tools iron for a slightly larger barreled iron that I thought would be kinder to my hair as well.

This iron damaged my hair and I started on low. It also did not hold a curl very well and left it looking fried and flat of all things.

In my opinion it's not worth the price

Sad

This didn't work for me. I found that the iron ripped out way too much hair. A couple times I was afraid I was going to end up burning my hair off because I couldn't get it loose quick enough. The worst part, the curls didn't last at all.

I'm giving it a second chance in a couple days. I will prep my hair better before curling. If my hair gets caught and ripped out like the last two times, I can't see keeping the iron.

Doesn't really work

I was debating buying this and a Drybar 3-day bender after my Chị broke. I bought this because it was on sale. My hair looks great initially but after a few hours it loses the curl.

Note that I don't put any product on, but most of the time, my curls usually stay on all day with the Chi. This one will be returned for sure.
