There's something about this Body Yogurt
I have tried this product from way back when it first came out. The first thing that impressed me was its texture and how it easily glides to my skin without making it feel sticky. It is quickly absorbed and leaves such an alluring fragrance. I will always keep going back to this whenever I need a mood and moisture boost. A must-try definitely!
Good scent, gelatinous consistency
This seems to be an attempt to satisfy those of us who miss the old body butters. This "yogurt" is very gelatinous. I like the scent, but it goes on a bit sticky and misses the mark of replacing the body butters of the past.
Scent is very strong
I really wanted to love this as I love The Body Shop products but the smell alone was so strong and gave me a migraine. I could not get past the smell. It is a very strong rose/floral smell that is nothing like the typical rose scent most people are used to. I had to throw away:/ will continue to try the other scented products.
Very chemically and artificial smelling
I personally hated the fragrance; I'd prefer the scent of love beauty and planet's rose (cocoa butter and rose) or st Ives rose lotion- this just has a weird smell to it. I love the texture but I just can't bring myself to use it because it completely just irritates my nose. I suggest looking elsewhere for a rose lotion; or buying a small sample to see if you like it before committing to a huge Jar. :)
Amazing
I use this product in the morning when I wake up and sometimes after my showers. I absolutely love the way it makes my skin feels. My skin immediately feels moisturizer after using and it smells amazing. I plan to repurchase and try other scents.
Ok-I expected better
I purchased this online, along with a few other scents. The scent is ok but is very light. It seems to fade within a few minutes. I expected it to be a little creamier, based on Body Shop items I purchased years ago from a distributor/party. The yogurt has a runny consistency. My dry skin needs a lotion with a bit thicker consistency. For $15, I expected better quality.
Inconsistent Scent
This lotion is really nice, but someone expensive as it doesn't last long. Have also experienced some inconsistency with the intensity of the scent. Sometime jars have been perfect and some have been cloying.
All Over Radiance
I was a huge fan of the body butter but that is a little heavy and spendy for all over daily application. The body yogurt is a perfect solution. It spreads easily and a little really does go a long a long way. I use this all over and then the body butter on spots that tend to get more dry.
Love the texture and scent
This British Rose Body Yogurt is my favorite during summer and fall to protect my skin in SC. The texture is not too dense and is perfect for the humidity level in SC. It is not too oily and the scent is perfect, not too strong, light, rosy, and elegant.
Nice texture
I love thick lotions, but I live in a tropical climate and sometimes something lighter is needed. This body yogurt is the perfect texture for hot, humid weather. I've been a fan of the British Rose scent for years. Very feminine and subtle.
