The Body Shop Edelweiss Daily Serum Concentrate

It's Okay - not what I was looking for.

I've been looking for a replacement for the newly formulated Aloe Foam Cleanser. The update was NOT a good change for that product.

Edelweiss is okay - there is no oily feeling which is why I liked the foam - but the clean feeling the foam had seems to be lost. This does work but just doesn't give me that feeling the old foam did which is what I was looking for. I'm off to find a different brand since I now have to search through products.

Doesn't harmonize with moisturizer

This works ok by itself. No matter the amount of time I waited for the skin to absorb this, different areas of the body (face, neck), this product doesn't harmonize with the moisturizers followed by it. There's a lint like peeling effect. Instead of going through the hassle of returning it, I ended up using it at night only, and only at my neck, without a moisturizer so it doesn't look like I have dandruff on my face when it starts to lint during the day. I have combination skin – oily in the T zone and dry all around. Maybe it'll work on others?

Gad I tried it

I have been searching for a good serum for my oily sensitive skin but i thought of giving this a try since I have been a customer for almost ten years now. I was glad I did. it feels so good on my face so i used it now morning and night.

Excellent product

I love how this serum makes my skin look and feel. Everyone always thinks I am younger than I am - no one believes I am a grandma!

Bring Back Drops of Youth

I have found this, and all products in the Edelweiss line, to be a poor substitute for Drops of Youth. The quality and performance falls short and, for the first time, I experienced some irritation around my eyes.

Bring back Drops of Youth!

I have been using drops of youth foaming face wash for a few years. It was the first face wash I could use for more than a year with out breaking me out. This new formula has me breaking out again. Even at 45 I still get breakouts but haven't had any issues in the past couple of years since using drops of youth.

EDELWEISS is great!

I really like the EDELWEISS line. I bought the day cream in Spain when I ran out of my old one. I love it, so I decided to buy the serum. It's super absorbent and is exactly what my mature skin needs. I'm definitely buying more EDELWEISS products!

So Far, So Good

Prefer the older bottles as it's easier to see how much product is remaining. The new bottles are harder to see into.

Been using product since 2021: seems to be working well. Now that Oils-of-Life has been changed, this is the only Body Shop product I use for anti-aging. I'm now looking at other products.

Clean and refreshing

I like how this cleanser makes my skin feel: completely refreshed but not overly stripped. A little goes a long way and the scent is lovely

Great performance!

Having used this product for more than a month, I can report that it does a wonderful job of reducing/eliminating fine lines. My skin feels soft and supple, but not oily. I use it twice a day along with the Eidelweiss cleanser, eye serum, and moisture cream. Every time, I imagine Christopher Plummer singing the song throughout the process!
