The Body Shop Ginger Scalp Care Conditioner

Free of itchy, dry scalp for five years now!

After two years of itchy, dry scalp, my daughter found the Body Shop ginger shampoo, and ginger conditioner. The itchy scalp went away shortly after I began using the products together, and has not returned. I continue using both products faithfully.

Bad Dandruff Scalp < < This Shampoo

I have a bad dry dandruff scalp. I may even have psoriasis on my scalp, but I haven't been to a doctor to confirm it yet. I have tried other ginger/tea tree shampoos that seemed to have worked for some time or even made my scalp worse. This works

I'm a POC with low porosity 4C hair.

While This line didn't improve my scalp, the conditioner calmed my hair and didn't cause protein buildup like I worried. The bottle is small. But it is more foamy than creamy, so a little does go a long way. Also smells incredible. It's more of a sweet ginger smell than spicy.

Scalp soothing

I originally found this on the clearance rack last fall. I have some thinning on top and vulnerable to scalp sunburn. This product really does help my scalp, especially the thinning area and the irritation that used to persist. I bought my 2nd one last week as i am thoroughly convinced this has really smoothed and helped heal the sunburned skin. Another huge rhing is this conditioner also leaves your hair soft and so smooth when running your fingers through it. I really appreciate this ginger conditioner.

Amazing Product line!!!

Had terrible Scalp Psoriasis, and horrible itching, redness and irritation. Tried many prescription and OTC products and none of them worked. This stuff keeps me flake and irritation free. Smells great, and leaves my hair very soft and healthy.

Just okay

I do NOT recommend this for thick hair. It's only very lightly moisturizing and SUPER ginger-y (which is fine) but it should only be marketed for scalp, not damaged hair. Hardly moisturizes at all and my thick, wavy hair is not happy with it!

Good after Ginger Scalp shampoo and tames hair

Apply to ends of hair, then gradually work up the hair to scalp, since I was using Ginger Scalp shampoo and massaging it into my scalp. Wash and conditioner will make my straight hair manageable from scalp scrubbing with Ginger Scalp Shampoo.

Used this for last three years,not disappointed

great product. My daughter told me about this and bought me the shampoo and conditioner to try out. I have eczema as well as an itchy scalp and these two products really reduced the itchy scalp. I have recommended to a couple of friends to try out.--seems like the older we get the worse our skin condition. Product took about two weeks for delivery, which is not Body Shop's fault. Its a sign of the times and happens with other things ordered online.
