Terrible Smell
Received this product to try. Right off the bat, the smell was terrible. It smelled like cat urine. It was not softening at all or moisturizing to the skin. I would not recommend this product to others based off of my experience with it.
Oh No!
I saw other reviews saying the formula had changed and the body butter smelled like chemicals. But I thought, "how bad can it be?" Well, it can be bad. First time using this new formula and it's in the trash. Smells horrible! The body yogurt isn't quite as bad - I might go as high as a three stars. Fix your mistake, Body Shop, you're losing customers! I'm headed to Lush.
Why change it?
This is not the same body butter! Over the years they've changed the formula a few times & it gets worse every time they do! Why change it? Sad because this has been one of my faves for years. I may try the whipped body butter to see if it's anything like this original was. Otherwise it looks like I'll have to find another fave.
