Faulty pumps on shower gel

Getting the three bottles I ordered was a hassle to begin with with the order being misplaced. Once they arrived the pumps were not working. Customer service throughout has been excellent, however this product is definitely flawed as only one out of the three pumps I received as replacement works. Customer service advised me to go to the store for replacement the second time but our local store is closed. I have used the body shop for 40+ years and love their products and philosophy but given my recent experience I'm not sure I will continue.

Changed formula

I am so so sad. I have been a loyal customer for years and

absolute loved Satsuma. I am sad and almost mad because the formula has changed. The fragrance is not as intense and fresh as it once was. I will no longer pay for the new formula. Why do companies have to change a good thing?

Gotta Get Satsuma!

This is such a wonderful, refreshing scent! Satsuma is a long time favorite Body Shop scent of mine. I feel surrounded by goodness and joy when I use it. It is truly one-of-a-kind and works like a charm.

Forever Favorite Scent

This will forever be my favorite scent and love using it in the morning, perfect citrusy pick me up to start the day! while the reformulated version isn't as good as the original, it's still good enough and I'll never be without it!

Recent reformulation of the satsuma line is bad

Unfortunately, the satsuma product line has been reformulated and it is not nearly comparable to the previous formulation. I returned my order and will no longer be using this product line unless it is reformulated back to the orignal version.

Not buying this anymore! Scent has downgraded.

I just bought two bottles and the scent has changed and is very light. I can barely smell it. The scent used to be much stronger and that's why I liked it. Now it's very faint. Some might like the faint smell of Satsuma but I don't. For this reason, I will never buy again.

Don't purchase if you liked the previous scent

Not the same scent it used to be. Instead of that sweet mandarin orange smell it now smells like artificial grapefruit. I have used this Satsuma line for over 15 years and loved it. I read other reviews saying the product changed but thought how bad can it now be? It's that bad. Only positive note is it still is a body wash but I could have found a better smelling product at any discount store. This will be my last order with The Body Shop.

Bring back the original!

I was very disappointed to discover that this scent has been altered from its prior formulation. It used to have a wonderful, bright citrus scent, strongly reminiscent of the real thing. The new formula smells fake & the texture is oddly viscous. I won't order it again. Please bring back the original!

Love it!

I have been using this shower gel for years. I buy the larger size with the pump, which makes it easy to use and lasts for a long time. The scent is wonderful. It's so refreshing & wakes you up. The scent doesn't fade right away like most shower gels and will even leave a refreshing scent in your bathroom. Even if it's in the middle of winter, this shower gel will transcend you to summer!

Stolen by my daughter....

This is my most favourite body shop fruity scent. It smells like sunshine in a bottle ( with a nod to the jelly you are at birthday parties as a kid!). My daughter has now nicked it, guess I need to buy more!
