I bought this expecting more of a lavender smell, but to me, the scent is very astringent! When I sprayed it on my pillow the smell stung my nostrils. Not the worst smell but not what I was expecting. Didn't notice a difference in helping me sleep, either.

Got several sets for gifts and gifted myself too. Love it. I just give a quick spritz to my pillow and the spray does not stain or harm my silk pillowcases. I dab the oil on my wrists and then breath long and slow and I'm in dreamland in no time! Great blend of relaxing scents.

I was very excited to use this. My husband woke up at 3am and was so wired that he never went back to sleep. So, for him it had the absolute opposite effect. But, for me it was even worse. I also didn't sleep well but the real issue was the next day. I was nauseous, really sick to my stomach for most of the next day. Then it passed...until I got back in bed. The spray from the night before made...
