Unsatisfactory scent
I recently started using this serum so it's difficult to tell what effects I will get from it. The scent is quite offensive to me. I am using it but probably won't buy again due to that. Perhaps consider making an unscented option.
Couldn't do the smell
This is definitely light weight and silky! I wanted so much to like this as I like other Tula products as my staple products… however, the smell is equivalent to the water in a vase of dead flowers… I just couldn't do it so I had to return it. It did make my face feel smooth and went on nicely. I wish it was in scented.

It's never caused me breakouts… people do say I look younger, but they said that before..in the store it looked like magic that's why I bought it. I haven't don't a side by side comparison since that
Well I am so sorry
Well I am so sorry to say...this serum did not work for me. BUT it's because I just found out I have Rosacea!! Other than that, it's got very nice light scent, is very silky feeling, and I think would really help if not for my Rosacea. Go for it!! I love TULA!! :heart: And Customer service is excellent with assistance!!
Smelled Bad
I'm pretty sure I got a bad batch of this. I only used it a few times before returning. The actual product went on smooth and dried. But the smell was awful. It was like curdled milk. I did go and return it, but I do like the Tula items I got from this same line
I could not get the
I could not get the product out of the container for the first three weeks and now I have use it for five days and have only seen a minor change in moistness. I don't wish to purchase any further orders of this product.
Not sure it works
I like the feel of this serum and the way it makes my face look immediately after. However, it hasn't helped to reduce the wrinkles around my mouth and eyes. I am almost out of it -container didn't last long. May reorder to see if i need to give it more time or may not.
When I first started using
When I first started using this I was amazed as I have deep wrinkles and it seems to make them less noticeable which was exactly what I was looking for as in my youth I was a sun worshiper and at 61 years old I see the damage it caused
I wanted to like this product, but...
I wanted to like this product, but ended up having some issues. It felt good on my skin and honestly I felt like it provided a noticeable different where I used it (forehead, eye area). However, I started having a reaction after about a month of use. Over the course of a couple days recently, my undereye area swelled, got itchy and red, and there was a burning sensation across my cheekbone. I initially thought it was the toner I added to my routine and stopped it after just 2 days, but the issue continued. I had to stop using everything (vitamin c, sunscreen, deep wrinkle serum), but a facewash and moisturizer to get it to stop but it was several days before the reaction subsided. In looking at ingredients, this product has 2 different alcohols in the first 5 ingredients. They're common in skincare products, but it seems odd that they'd be used in a wrinkle cream. My skin felt burned around the eyes. Maybe this product should never be used in the undereye area, but if that's the case that should be stated in the information on how to use the product. I love Tula products and will continue using the facewash and sunscreen, but sadly with more than half a bottle left this has been removed from my routine.
I've been using this serum
I've been using this serum for about 2 weeks at this point and can't say that I've seen much difference in my laugh lines, but I'm willing to keep using it to find out what the longer-term effects are. Was a bit disappointed with the consistency of the product as it is not a serum that makes the skin feel smooth. I've never used a tightening serum before though so I don't know if that's how they all are.
This product has an odd
This product has an odd smell, I hold my breath when applying it to my face. I have been using it for 3 weeks with no noticeable changes to minor lines on my face. I'm not convinced yet that this product works but I'm going to stick with it longer to find out. If you have any acne, it will clog your open pore causing a large white head.
Smooth
This serum does leave my face really smooth and absorbs quickly in to the skin. However I brought this serum to target my wrinkles around the eyes and after a month use, I have not seen any improvements.
Volume Defense Deep Wrinkle Serum
Unfortunately the bottle has a flaw: it does not screw in tight enough for traveling. Almost entire bottle leaked inside my suitcase. Fortunately customer service is stellar, and my replacement is on the way:)
