Amazing!!! My Daily Staple!!

I love this toner. It is one of the best ones I have ever tried without a doubt.

My skin. I have combination skin with an oily T-zone area. I also get heavy cystic acne in my beard and hair follicles.

This toner makes my skin feel so clean and well-toned after a good face cleaning. It has definitely almost eliminated my breakout issues. If I do still get a breakout, this toner has the top skin layer peeling by the next day and growing in new skin!!!!

I only have two issues with this toner. 1) Sometimes the pump comes defective. I've noticed when I get one with a pump issue, I usually have to hold it upside down to get the toner to flow. That or twist off the top (Yes, it does twist off!). 2) The size. I wish they made this in a bigger size than the 3 Oz bottle. But oh well.

Note- Since as a guy I have a beard, I don't follow the instructions on the bottle. It says to pump it onto a cotton pad and swab your face. However, the cotton just gets stuck in my facial hair. Instead, I just pump it directly onto my fingertips and rub it in. Works great!

The dispensing pump for the toner never works

I reviewed this product before buying it and I saw a lot of complains about the dispensing pump for this product. Regardless, I purchased this product thinking the issue should have been fixed by now. I was so disappointed that the pump never worked when I received the toner. The annoying part is your product is pricey and the quality control dept can't ensure that the containers/dispensing pump is working effectively. Please I don't not need the we are sorry response under this review. TULA GO AND FIX THE DISPENSING PUMP ISSUE FOR THIS PARTICULAR PRODUCT.

What's going on Tula??

I'm so disappointed with Tula's line. This is my fourth purchase from them (not including samples) and everything is just a let down. No noticeable difference in my skin. It has a slight burn after taking forever to absorb. Made no difference in tone, texture or brightness. I've been using almost a month! Not a horrible product, but I was expecting MUCH more for the price. If you're looking for an effective acid product, trust me this isn't it. There are other lines for half this price that work way better.

Easing in some new acid.

I purchased this Tula Pro-Glycolic a few weeks ago to get the benefit of an AHA into my regular rotation, and since the 2nd ingredient is glycolic acid I felt this would be a great starter. I've been using retinA for the past 5 months for its anti-aging benefits and now that my skin is used to a full strength pharmaceutical retinoid I knew it was time to add an AHA specifically (glycolic) and I know Tula as a brand is pretty tolerable for sensitive skin, I really love this toner! I'm already noticing it working. It's not harsh and hasn't caused me to break out at all. I've used it like a serum and also like a regular toner, I feel like using it as a serum is my favorite way and it dries down perfectly too. To me it's not greasy, it's a lovely consistency. No pilling or any of that nonsense. I haven't had any trouble with the pump, I just hold the pump down and the product comes out as expected, either into my hand or on a reusable cotton round. I've used this at night as well as in the morning, but I feel like once a day is enough unless I'm feeling super dry. It's a nice combination with my other serum and my moisturizer before sunscreen in the morning. I'm really happy I decided to give this toner a try. There are cheaper alternatives but these ingredients are completely worth it. Especially since I'm super happy with the results so far, I'm actually surprised at how well it works, even using it once a day. I'm in my mid forties and have combination skin, if anyone is wondering, I also haven't had a bad peel from my retinA since I started using this, so yes I definitely recommend it. I'm so happy I found a product that works with what I'm using now, and I definitely will continue to purchase it after this bottle is finished.

My Holy Grail of Toners

I love this product. It has been a staple in my morning/night routine during all seasons. I'm not picky, but I have tried skincare products across the board, from 50+ companies, and they just can't compete.

I am Eastern-European and have an oily t-zone to the point where if I eat, I'm oily-skinned within about 15 minutes. As odd as it sounds, my oily skin doesn't cause breakouts but products usually do. I don't have sensitive skin, either. I'm not allergic to anything, even poison ivy/sumac, don't get rashes, etc. but a drop of foundation left on for 15 minutes causes acne (I've tried at least 20 companies' products to test this as well.)

The gel-consistency of this product leaves my skin feeling tacky for about 10 minutes then sinks in, seamlessly. After a week of use, my skin felt refreshed, moisturized, and less oily. It's not a drying product, either. My t-zone has been less oily, but my cheeks and chin don't feel drier. I'm truly fascinated that one product works so beautifully on multi-faceted areas.

I hope they never retire this product because if they do, I can say in full honestly that I'd be more upset than I was over my divorce. This is something I'll purchase for life and some things do stand the test of time.

This stuff is awesome!

Glycolic Acid is one of those things you just have to know how to use with your skin. This is the least irritating exfoliating toner I've tried. Great for everyday use but be careful not to over strip your skin. I use this often daily and when followed up with good moisturizing and spf practices, this delivers results! I had better skin texture and a more even skin tone after the first use! I tend to use it at night because my skin is easily irritated. I have combination skin and I find this treats all areas of my face nicely. However, I don't use a cotton pad, I use only a single pump and apply it directly to my face. Once a week or so I use a more concentrated glycolic solution to wipe away all the build up. I find after introducing this into the rest of the week, my skin is healthier and better exfoliated. When I go to check the round on exfoliation days, there's way less dirt and grime than before I started using this Tula toner regularly. I'm so glad I got it on sale!

I have had skin issues

I have had skin issues with acne breakouts and hyperpigmentation my entire life and I am in my 60s now. There's been a noticeable improvement with my skin tone since using this product. It calms my skin and has begun reducing my red spots and dark spots. After sampling the travel size, I liked it so much I ordered the regular size. I would suggest the pump system be changed for better control of the liquid (which one time shot out across the room!). Also, would be awesome if you stopped using so much plastic and switched to glass.

So long lasting

I find that this toner at least adds hydration to my skin. I cannot say that it really helps resurface my skin, unfortunately. I do use it daily for the hydration purpose. It's so thick, that you don't need any cotton round to apply it. It's slightly thicker than a serum. I saw some reviews having issues with the pump. I have had this toner for such a long time, and I'm somewhat generous with application (usually 3+ but you don't have to use that much!) Me having it for so long may be why I haven't personally had any issues with the pump. Idk if they changed it. Overall it's a great product!

Disappointing

I have been using this product for several years, but things have changed. The new bottle is solid, unable to see through to see when I'm about out. The new pump system does not have a receiving straw and doesn't pump. I am unable to use the pump feature so I have to unscrew the top each time and poor out the product, quite annoying. I reached out to Tula about this, but they sent me instructions that did not work. I will be switching to another product when this runs out, I might try "the Ordinary" glycolic toner

Great!

I've used this for over a month now. No problems with the pump. I use 2-3 pumps one to two times a day after washing g my face. I was having minor breakouts and some pore congestion/bumps on my chin and around my nose. This has helped not only remove any remaining dirt on my face but has helped even out the texture of my skin. I follow this with an oil based moisturizer and my skin is happy! No more breakouts and I'm glad I purchased this based on the recommendation of the in store associate. It's a large bottle and I can see it also g me at least a couple more months.
