Tula Super Calm Gentle Milk Cleanser

Feels great while cleansing but results are not promising

I bought this cleanser a couple of weeks ago and used it consistently for a week straight after seeing positive reviews for people with sensitive and dry skin. Initially I liked it while actually washing my face but after I would pat dry my face felt tight very quickly, (I vo in with hydrating serum immediatly after I wash) so the fact I felt dry immediately affer washing was not good. One thing that also bothered me was the fact it claims to have no fragrance but lightly smells perfumed. The ingredients included different flower extracts towards the bottom which didn't seem to do much but perfume the wash. My results after the week of using included very small red bumps on my forehead and chin. Nothing serious but still did not agree with my dry, acne prone, sensitive skin.

My skin has been the worst it has ever been on top of struggling with acne i have also been struggling with another pretty severe skin issue- i have tried EVERYTHING including medication from my doctor. My sister told me to try this and it is now my literal life saver in a bottle today makes only ONE week that i have been using this product and i dont think my skin has ever started to look this good. Im so excited to try some more products and to see the results of my tula journey i truly think it will be life changing for me.

Love this so much!! I have acne prone skin so I need something gentle but still effective and this is just that, I've tried so many different cleansers from high end to low end and I literally love this one. I have combo skin and it works great. It is a little watery but that's okay! Love that it doesn't make my skin feel tight or dry. Definitely recommend!

It's okay

I have rosacea and although I am supposed to stay away from some of the ingredients I was diagnosed at the time. But I didn't feel like it irritated it at all.

I agree that it was just really watery and I felt like it never really rinsed clean.

I have a friend who is prone to bad acne who got it as a sample and she also thought it was just okay.

Amazing products

I don't typically write reviews but just want to mention how great this is. I am a 50 year old male, with rosacea, history of skin cancer, and could never find anything that would help with the redness and blemishes and all the fun stuff that comes with rosacea until my daughter recommended Tula. And i don't know how to adequately express my thankfulness for these products. I use the gentle cleansing milk and then moisturize with the soothing moisturizer and my face feels new and looks the best it has in 30 years. Thank you Tula, and I wish more men knew how great your product is. Thank you.

Breakouts like acne but not

I have only been using this for about 2 weeks. I started to notice small bumps on my face thinking I was getting random pimples like always. Started to freak out after I tried to take care of them like normal but nothing seemed to work. Then I started to think I somehow got chicken pox or maybe even monkey pox since my face started to breakout more than normal. I slowly started to trace it back to this product since I don't use a lot of other things on my face other than makeup I have been using for almost a year. I hate to leave a bad review but for someone who has sensitive skin and rarely breakout I thought I should point it out.

I'd buy again

This cleanser is very gentle and cleans so well without that tight skin feeling but not that greasy film afterwards either. I have very sensitive skin and get a rash from many cleansers, this one hasn't given me any sort of reaction from using it the last two weeks. It's a little drying around my smile lines and chin but a little extra moisturizer has been helping. I'd recommend to anyone with extremely sensitive skin.

Good if you don't wear makeup

When I don't wear makeup, this gentle cleansing milk leaves my skin feeling soft & moisturized. However, I wear tinted sunscreen and a little foundation most days & this does not cleanse my skin of these things. I have to use another cleanser to breakup/ remove the makeup first, then use the cleansing milk after. I won't buy this again.

This stuff is amazing!!

I don't usually write reviews but after using this product for 5 days I am blown away my skin is super sensitive every single other facial cleanser I have ever tried broke me out or made my face feel dry and tight this stuff just feels so good I haven't had a break out at all while using it I love the way it makes my face feel smooth soft and moisturized I am so glad I tried this product will keep using indefinitely.

Great for the Minimalist!

A little goes a long way! I only need to use one pump and it lathers great. Light but penetrative. It's honestly the best skincare wash I've ever used. I've been using it for only a few weeks and notice a significant difference in my complexion. Even tone, smoother, silkier, and less red. I also love that I can use it as a day and night cleanser!
